Hey everyone I am looking for some help with ventilation for my next grow.
10x10x8 bedroom with a 8x22x8 closet in the room.
Two 1000w quantum digital ballast bare bulb HPS in the room
One 400w HPS bare bulb in the closet for veg
I have never run this kind of lighting so I am not sure how much heat to expect. Currently I am only running one of the 1000w 24/7 for veg with no issues, but I am trying to get ready for summer when I will be running all the lights.
So all I have as of now is a LG (LP1210BXR) 12,000 btu portable a/c sitting in the garage. I need some advice on what size exhaust and carbon filter I will need. This room does not need to be sealed only when guest come over. So 99% of the time the bedroom door is open and temps in the room have been in the 70's.
I am in California and temps reach into the 100's in my area during the summer so I just need to setup now to be prepared for it. I am pretty sure I will have to run that portable a/c which I am not looking forward too since it use 1300w when the compressor is on. I appreciate everyone's help and advice thank you!
