230V\50Hz CO2 Controller?

I'm looking for a liable CO2 controller that operates with 230V\50Hz that could work with a CO2 tank (with a Normally Closed valve) to maintain a preset level of CO2 and have a light sensor to stop the CO2 while the lights are out.

Anyone know of a place I could order one online?

I use ecotechnics complete co2 kit, if you google it there should be many places in UK/EU selling them!
