Hi all :).

Just wanted to share with you my closet grow.

The current grow is my 3rd, and the strain I'm growing now is C-99 from Female Seeds.

Short description of my closet layout:

Dimensions: 58*58*180 cm

Passive inlet all around the door (the door fits poorly).

Outlet at the top, duct fan with carbon filter.

The closet is split roughly in half height-wise, flowering plants occupy the upper part and new plants the lower part. I have yet to try this in practice, the problem is to to darken the upper part sufficiently for the flowering plants not to revert back to the vegetative phase.

To the lighting. I have 2* Secret Jardin TNeon 55 W fixtures (total of 220 W), each equipped with 1* 2700K and 1* 4000K PL-L tubes. The veg "chamber" has 1* Secret Jardin TNeon 55 W fixture with 2* 6500K PL-L tubes.

Anyhow, it's been 13 days now since I flipped the switch to 12/12 after roughly 40 days of veg. The plants weren't mature at that point, but I couldn't let them get much bigger due to space restrictions. They have sexed now and are stretching as we speak.

The plants have been trained according to the Main Lining technique and have 8 main colas each. Perhaps too many, I don't know. It looks great to me though.

The soil I am using is a native organic soil mix and the nutrient is BioBizz's BioBloom. I don't need to add any nutrients during veg because of the high soil quality.

To the pictures. These are taken today, 13 days from 12/12 and approximately 53 days old.

Picstures please of harvest and weights. I am currently at 3rd week of flower with female seed's C99. I am also main lining veg for 6 wks then flipped. It looks like you have a different pheno than mine. Mine looks way more sativa with chainsaw serrations on leaves. I just posted a thread for advice on here the other day with a pic- check it out.

I will post dry weights when all is harvested and dry :) Will take about 2 weeks i guess. I will harvest the 4 plants a few days apart, giving me a span of maturity of ~10 days. This in order to know exactly when to harvest the next time i grow these seeds.

One of my plants has an extremely fruity smell and taste to it, unlike anything I've ever seen before. The buds are clustered with trichomes and the effect is really good.

I will post some pics from the 1st harvest very soon!

I don't know how many phenotypes there are really. I have 1 plant that looks way more indica than the rest, broader, darker leaves combined with about 4 " or more less stretch during veg/flower transition.

1 of the more sativa plants has an extremely fruity smell to it, way more so than the others.

Do you have a grow diary where you will post pics of your plants? Would be nice to check it out if there is one :)

Okey, so here's a pic of all the plants right before I chopped the first one down. That being the one in front to the right. As you can see the plant can't really support itself due to the bud weight.

Here's one of the smaller buds, nothing special really.

And a close-up of one really small, bottom part bud.

I will take better pictures in the near future and update with weights and everything. I hope you enjoy!

I flipped to 12/12 at 6 weeks and mine was mature at that time. I had literally only 4-5 inches of stretch. I am in the 4th week of flowering and I believe I am not gonna have much growth out of it. The colas are 5-6 inches long above the top of the tomato ring. I thought these were suppose to stretch? Looks like yours did!

Hey Mate,

Looking good!!

How do you like the pots?

Tasty

Hello, and thanks!

I really like the pots. It seems like they do the plants good, helping them develop a healthy root structure while providing it with oxygen.

The only drawback is that you have to water more carefully, otherwise the water will escape through the holes. If you can take a few minutes instead of a few seconds when you water your plants, you won't have a problem.

very nice project :]

good luck!

Thank you!

Yes, mine did stretch. But they were not yet mature when I flipped to 12/12, maybe that's got something to do with it?

Okey, so here's a short update.

The total weight, trimmed and dried, was about 90 g, I must say I'm pleased with this :)

The buds look and smell great, and the smoke is also really nice. It's the first strain that doesn't make me super sleepy when the high is on the decline, or when I smoke late at night.

Overall I am really happy with the results and the strain!

I will post some more pictures later.
