i've been there and it was a bad sign of things to come. do the nutes still run through the cup when you feed or do they sit and take forever to soak in?

if you have some H2O2 you might want to start hitting the girls with that. it seems to help from from what i've seen but i haven't ever done a side by side. i use 1ml of 29% per liter of water

good luck!

It takes maybe 10 seconds to soak in so it's not bad. I thought I was giving enough run off but I guess not. I'll probably do the dunk thing every few days or so from now on, but I think they only have a few weeks left anyway.

I have some 3% H2O2 contact solution, but I'm not too sure about that..
Thanks :)

No lucky girl (or boy :biglaugh:) near there?

My Orange Sky is flowering fast... don't know the day exactly because of the early strong pre-flowering. She turns light purple, this is a suprise for me cause i never had an Orange Sky turned purple before, maybe i got some seeds twisted and she is a Purple Cloud(Orange Sky x Passion #1)... we'll see. I think i can picture this in the next days for you guys. :)

Love the progress I am seeing from the other contestants, keep up the good work. Can't wait for the smoke reports, they help me decide if I wanna purchase and try it myself.

Update on my Dutch Passion Skunk #11. Just place her in my Sativa flowering tent, right into 10/14. Have never thrown a vegging plant right into straight 10/14 but I shall see what happens and will report so. She is currently 16 inches tall from the base of the stem not including the cup. Hoping she will atleast hit the 24" mark but I fear with the 10/14 there will be little to no stretch. Good luck to all.

couldn't save it

she went from this

to this

in 12 days

the roots got so water tight that i couldn't feed her anymore. it took 9 days for her to start looking sad and the last 3 to really look like shit. there's no saving this one IMO and it wouldn't help if i did.

project salma has officially crashed and burned this round ......... back to the drawing board :wallbash:

not trying to tell you how to grow. but it just looks like it's ready to be chopped to me. the ( given amount of roots) roots can only support so much mass no matter how much you can feed em. how many days flower did it go?

she went about 5 1/2 weeks but like i said she has looked steadily worse by the day for a while now.

she'll get chopped and thrown on the hash pile today. trust me she looks worse up close than the picture does, there is nothing to save ....... she's yelling at me that she's DONE and i really don't wanna torture here anymore. it's not her fault that she ended up in the middle of my science project

@Eights&Aces Sorry to hear you lost that one, too. But it looks killer, man. You should be proud of managing a plant that size in a "pot" so small. I'd say you should do a smoke-test of that one and some close-ups of the buds. They may surprise you with a nice high.

I ALMOST killed mine by delaying watering too much. Now I think they have some deficencies, I hope that i can fix them tho, they do look less healthy and happy than before. They lost most of the bigger fanleaves when the drought came. Hope they get better till the weekend update.

 thanks boss! but on this one it was she that managed me. the plant has been doing her thing the whole time and i set it up so i just couldn't keep up with what she needed. i can't bitch about the strain, the breeder, the nutes, the lights, the rules, the mods or the bad luck.

i pushed the line and the poor girl paid for it, .but i'll push it again next time and hope i can do better ......... project salma has not been scrapped:tiphat:

i hear you! keeping up with watering gets tough in these little cups when you are doing it by hand. i thought automation would solve it but it looks like there are limits to that too. keep at it! better to go down in flames trying than sit and wonder "what if? " good luck to you and everybody else who is still in it!

too little, it's late...

too little, it's late...

through all I've managed to keep the backups alive...

this is the last photo of original entry. she never recovered.
still there are three alive. they are all bonsai beauties...

this here girl is fleshing out best...

there is no shame in project salma that I can discern E&A, the fact you can take a plant to flower in a 6 oz cup speaks volumes.
I don't have any misconceptions about winning, had serious doubts of my abilities, but the learning has been fun and somewhat soothing to my ego. it ain't easy.

been smoking sisters. fragrant fruity expansive hits with good head and some body.

I chopped my Black Cream, she was 74 days old. I still have three Spyders going, they still have about three weeks left.
