The Feds treat state medicinal patients and caregivers nationwide like they do not even exist. How will a new state recreational law workout for the sheeple here in Michigan? Ignorance of the law is not a defense under the law and currently our state courts are chuck full patients, caregivers and their costly attorneys. I'm cautiously hopeful about the 2016 state legalization efforts here, but am concerned which ballot language will capture the most votes to win in the end.
