OMG this is the nicest truck ive ever seen...its actually built to jump? and its got an electro-magnetic liquid metal suspension that stiffens and softens as you go over super hard terrain to give you a smooth ride. does 100mph+ in desert conditions...is anybody as psyched about this as i am? i MUST own one!

they had it on top gear, were impressed but as far as a street truck, wayyyy spongy ride, built for jumps not curves

I love the idea and ford took it further then any other manufacturer, but for the money I would buy a newer dodge HD and go aftermarket suspension. Its amazing what you can do in those trucks with bolt on suspension upgrades and properly valved shocks.

i'll ad my tc's. the jeep rubicon is built for heavy duty off road. my friend goes four wheelin all the time and has put like 5K worth of stuff on it that the rubicon couldnt even touch. longer this, thicker that, springs, gears, diffs, etc etc etc! and most guys around here have done the same.

i would say the same thing goes for that ford truck. it's my belief that any stock truck is going to break if you jump it. maybe to the point of bending the frame. this isnt the 1970's anymore. things are cheaper, and gas prices also mean they are making them LIGHTER, which means the steel is THINNER.

now if you want to jump the crap out of this truck it might be a better platform to add off road parts than previous trucks, but i would think you are going to have to spend alot to do it. the truck this is made to look like is called a Prerunner. as used in baja races, like you didn't know.

I'm not seein a whole hell of a lot of stock parts left on this baby.

my dad did the rubicon for over 30 years with his buddies, must have been a blast back then, riding with 15 jeeps, ice coolers of beer strapped to the back.. no worries about fuckin cops for DUI's. I went once when i was little, driving straight up, looking right up in the sky made me piss my pants lol. good times..
