You could use metal halide bulb for the worst strecthing period Cedarberry or some blue spectrum fluorecant to moderate the strecth and after that offer your plants some hps Or does it sound terribly wrong?

have to get one to give it a try. i dunno on that one, but that would be sweet if it slowed um. seems that when ya bush a plant some, it wont stretch near as much as single cola. or does that sound ass backwards, lol.

If you are going to make new acquiring, I suggest you to put your money into Nurturelite -gear. These things really work considering the stretch and they are perfect in veg when producing tighter internodes, even with sativa´s..

So, I dont have personal experience about using metalhalide, but I have experience using Nurturelite 200 W "purple" bulb, so I really can recommend it to you bro!!!

There are these lights that hold even six 200 W bulb´s in one light, so you can also flower with them. Benefit´s, when flowering with Nurturelite is increased resin production (because of the uv-b light they give), cooler temp´s (and after putting your plants 2 cm of the bulb and the stretch factor -> big recommendation!!!

Hey guys and thnaks again for the kind words :smile: stretch really isnt a problem to me and that SH stopped stretching and is flowering nicely now and after being away for 3 days it has strated to resin up nicely and smells amazing, haze... it is about 150cm tall now and the hazes are just about 1m...

Thats the Strawberry Haze around 49 days from seed - 12/12 from start, flipped to 11/13 now, heres the two OHaze ladies...

Bushy and lanky pheno but both look sweet. more pics soon...
