I'm back again after a nice a winter break. We had some holidays, did some traveling, and smoked a ridiculous amount of herb. Good times! I'm still suing the shit out of everyone responsible for my mom's death. I'll be glad when that is over. Hopefully, this lawsuit will be over some time this summer.

In the mean time, the grow must go on

So this round I was planning on popping my last 4 seeds, and picking keeper out of that. The only problem was that 3 out of 4 seeds didn't pop

That leaves me once again flowering out one big lady. Same tent. Same Light. Same everything. Hopefully, improved.

Let me bring you guys up to speed.

First things first after a grow: Clean the tent!

I'm still using the BuildASoil lineup. EM-5 does nice chemical free cleaning job.

After my last grow I just chopped the plant at the base and hung the whole screen upside down.

That left a stump in the ground and I ripped that up while leaving most of the root ball in the soil. Then I threw down buildaflower, craftblend and gro-kashi and watered it with some beneficials and let the worms do their thing for a minute.

Moving on ...

After I let the worms chew on that for a while and then I threw down some cover crop and covered that in more buildaflower compost.

Meanwhile I was (attempting to) pop beans.

Here comes the clover.

Then I chopped that down and covered it in more craftblend, gro-kashi, and even more buildaflower.

While all that was going on I was crying a river over the fact that I only got one bean to pop.

I let her stretch her legs a bit in that solo cup and then I dropped her in the pot 12/27/2022.

This girl came out of the gate with pretty vigorous growth, and she has STUNK in veg.

Around this time I hit her with a veg tea I brewed up.

Jan. 13th A few days after the tea

Jan. 24th

Jan. 25th She's way too bushy so I start the defoliation

She's looking pretty beat up after defoliation.

Jan. 26th The next day she perks back up though

I'm happy to say I didn't break off a main branch this time! You touch these stems and you can smell it on your hand.

I took a few cuttings during the clean up. They rooted in about 8 days.

Jan. 29th She's stretching in flower here. I flipped on the 27th.

Feb. 1st She's getting bushy again. Nice and healthy and I can smell her in the next room over.

Feb. 3rd She's looking gorgeous

Feb. 4th Too bushy so I start the defoliation again

And after she's beat up again. This was a pretty light defoliation, but it's not the last. I try not to over do it at one time.

I mulch the leaves and feed them back to the soil
