2 weeks old seedling bottom leaves yellow and curling down

They have small seedling pots like 13cm. I watered week ago 2 times like 3 three days between so friend said it could be overwatering.
My seedling pots have small holes on the bottom, so if you water much the waste water in coming out.
Last time I watered today and last time was 5 days ago.
I don't use any nutrients because this seedling soil already have.

Does they look now they are going to be better?

They are now 24 hour light. So I keep vegetation phase now longer because of yellow leaves and because they growth not so much becase of overwatering?

Seed Whore
You must be a new grower. So I'll give you some tips. :)

18- 20 hours of light is more than plenty. Plants like a rest too. I would cut back the hours if I were you.

Next time, fill the pot up to the top before planting. If you have extra soil place some right up to the bottom
leaves. The yellow leaves probably won't recover. But don't worry about them. Don't be afraid to cut off
really bad leaves. As long as the top stays green and keeps producing new healthy green leaves that's all
that matters. Those bottom leaves will be gone by the time buds appear anyways.

Try adding a tiny amount of fertilizer (like a drop or two) to see if it helps next time you water.
