2 gallon pots and nute schedule

My 2 gallon pots only need watering every 7-9 days. I'm wondering if I should be nuting on every water or every second water. Shit, if I was using 3 or 4 gallon pots would only need water twice a month.....Seems not right to me...12 sq. ft. in a cab grow with 2 -430s in cool tubes....cab temp. is 26-27* celcius...thanks

That doesnt seem right to me either as I flower in 2 gal pots(NSI classic 600).I find myself having to water every 4th day in flower and maybe every third in veg when the plants get large enough to flower.Once a week is a long time,are you using any perlite or anything like that?If your using PBP I'd feed every time,fox farm every other.I wish I could water once a week and get away with it,I'm sure the less frequently you water/feed,the better off the plant and you are.

I only water every 6 or 7 days. I think its b/c I water real good then let wait until the pots are light weight again. I would nute every other water unless your plants are yellowing up and need N.

Man I saturate the soil 100% all the way through until runoff and let it dry out too,with a 3 gallon (classic 1200) I could get away with every 6th or 7 th day though.

I'm using #4 sunshine mix with 30% perlite added....maybe I should bump it up to 50%.

I wouldnt a third perlite is pretty high already,I usually eyeball it to maybe 20% with ocean forest

ffof 50-60% perlite n/p or ffof right outta the bag n/p ive done both
ive flowered in 2gal bags alot when they 1st go into them and water. its 3-4 days till next watering, now after the 1st watering it's every other day. in veg i might let the plants dry out compleatly but during flower never fully dry.

for you to be watering once a wk your temps must be very cold in the grow erea

how old are they? mine needed water after 3 days when they were in veg, now that they are late in flower they drink alot less. Mine were in 3 2-3 gallon pots also.
