getting my 1st room ready and need to get a
regulator
controller
wondering if one has more break downs in the long run etc etc
this is my 1st run with it and have no history with these setups
room size will be 240sqft and 2,560cuft
i plan on using tanked Co2 instead of the burner type

want to get one of these-->cap-titan or sentinel regulator
most avr. around a $100 but the titan is $74 right now.
they all seem fairly the same at 1st glance but the ones on places like ebay are 30-40% cheaper?

also need a controller from one of those 3 suppliers
looking for ease of use and reliability

thinking if I really need a monitor or not?

but then i thought what if the controller/reg. screw up and saturate the fook out of the room w/C02
and i go in and pass out.....
could be not good, eh :tumbleweed:

well looking and talking the greenair line of Co2 controllers looks like the way to go, kinda pricey but quality equipment.

the 2 controllers they have are the spc-1
looks very simple to use, set it and forget it

This new easy to install and to operate CO2 enrichment controller is factory calibrated and inspected for optimum performance. The SPC-1 is designed with a photo sensor to defeat CO2 enrichment during dark periods and a large easy to read real-time LED display. The SPC-1 also is programmed with a preset differential (hysteresis) of 20 PPM and offers an elevation adjustment feature to fine tune performance. Quick Start Installation Instructions are available in English and Espaol. Like all of Green Air Products high quality controllers, the SPC-1 is constructed with durable components and a rust and scratch resistant, black anodized aluminum chassis to ensure that this controller will perform as expected for years to come. Operates on 120 Volt AC with 12 Amp switching capacity.

the other higher end controller, the CDMc-6 looks as simple to use and comes with a remote sensor to work as a sequencer?
or with one to activate venting equipment.
i don't quite understand what all it does

The CDMC-6 system is designed to sample the air and learn the characteristic of your space, then make adjustments as necessary to ensure a constant level of CO2.

The CDM-6000 monitor employs a passive infrared sensor which samples the air once every second and then sends the sample data to the CDDS-2 sequencer. The CDDS-2 then activates or deactivates your CO2 enrichment or venting (exhaust) equipment to maintain desired CO2 PPM.

The CDMC-6 system offers a large LCD screen displaying the current CO2 levels in PPM. Set your desired CO2 level, ‘Hysteresis’ and ‘Elevation’ to maintain precise levels without guesswork.

The CDMC-6 system can be using for enriching or venting CO2 and incorporates a photosensor to defeat CO2 during dark periods (Night).

The CDMC-6 uses the CDM-6000 CO2 monitor. This model 6000 CO2 sensor connects by a single patch cord to the CDDS-2 Carbon Dioxide Digital Sequencer controller. It receives it's power and communicates directly with the controller via this single connection. The model 6000 transmits a digital signal to the display on the controller.
