1st Grow with HPS Power Plant From Seed

I just got some power plant seeds by dutch passion and have just germinated them. I can't wait to see them grow!!!
This is my third grow my previous 2 were done with cfls. The first crop was pretty shitty, the second crop was a lot better except i don't think i flushed it enough and it didn't yield so much. Now I am getting a 400w HPS for a 3ft by 3ft grow box. The frame is finished. All I need to do is cover it with white visqueen plastic and add a 4inch 120cfm axial fan.
I can't wait! Its the first time I am growing with a good genetic from a well established seed company. I have decided to get only strains from well established companies and strains from the big book of buds 1,2,3 from the original breeders in their original breeder packs!
This is my first breeder pack and there are many more to come!!

Oh yeah I was wondering on either using Pure Blend Pro, Iguana Juice, or Mother Earth's Supertea. can anyone who uses any of these help me out chosing. I was using Biocanna for my last 2 grows and i was thinking of trying a new line of organic nutes.

biobizz all really quality items if u can get em

soil or hydro? if soil then biobiz all mix is so full of almost everything!!!

A lot of people mostly likely need 3-4 grows to get really decent results. It took me 4-5 just to yield 5-6 ounces, and the buds are still fluffy, not completely dried and cured. I need to add that I have intentionally been growing less than 5 plants. If my weight estimates are correct, I smoke a lot of weed. I may have 2 ounces left, and I gave away a plant to a friend. But it wasnt part of the 5-6 ounces I have been smoking on.

Your plants willl love that 400w HPS!! Here are some of my girls vegged under a 400w HPS. These pics are from day 12 or so in 12/12. Good luck and happy growing!!

Greekguy thanks for the suggestion. I am growing in soil and going to grow pure organic.
yeah i was thinking of going with biogrow and biobloom by bio bizz but i think i will stick with BioCanna. Although I might want to go with advanced nutrients iguana juice. The thing is I don't want to pour a lot of money into nutrients again but i want to use good organic nutrients.

Thanks BassMechanic27, I can't wait to use the 400w but i think i will use cfls for veg and the 400w for flowering. Those are some nice plants. Sativa's I'm guessing... what kind of strain is it. The look pretty tall!

Facelift what type of lights do u use? 5-6 ounces is pretty good. Although I have only done 2 grows I am aiming to grow around 0.75g per watt with CO2 enrichment, good ventilation and some good organic nutes.

Update!
All seeds have germinated. 4 germinated yesterday and the last one today! 4 seeds only took a day to germinate and the other one only took 2. These seeds are amazing!!! Hopefully they will grow as good as they germinate but they all seem to be healthy seeds!

I potted them in 1 gallon pots and now waiting for them to sprout! I will post pics once they have sprouted and probably take pics every week or few days!

Can't wait for these power plants to grow. I love when plants are in flowering. Right now I have none in flowering and it makes me sad.. but I am also getting some clones in a few days which i will probably flower early so they finish before the seedlings.

2 Hindu Kush, 1 Pineapple, 2 White Widow. The widows are towering over the HK & Pineapple now. Mostly indica. Can't wait till the ladies are mature. Now at 32 days 12/12 need to update pics. By all means, use the CFL's for veg, then throw them under the HPS for flower and they will love you for it. Good luck!

Well all 5 power plants have sprouted and are under 3 27w cfls 6500k.
I was trying to upload pics but it wont transfer for some reason. I mean i've posted pics before but it says it can't transfer. I better figure out the problem so i can upload the pics.

Think I might get some more 27w cfls. The pps are currently in the closet and its flower box is being built. I am getting my 400w next week. Can't wait to get that set up!
