1st grow, thoughts, guess my yield? plz

hi, this is my 1st grow. im using k2 under a 400 watt hps. the big plant is at day 17 flower and the other day 12. any ideas on my yield of that 1 big plant? thanks for any input

I'll guess 2.5 oz dried and cured. K2 is some awesome smoke partner, you're gonna love it. Pretty pics, can't wait to see em fatten up.

thanks stank. realy? 2.5 oz, that sounds good to me. have u grown k2 before then? you know how long it flowers for? ive been reading that you may have to cure for months, is this true? i plan on drying for 1 week. thanks for the reply, your the only person who has answered me that after about ten times of asking, appreciate it

You don't have to cure for months Arthur. Hang them to dry in the dark until the stems snap when you bend them, then cut the colas up and into jars, opening them once a day for half an hour for the first week or so. The taste just gets better and smoother with curing. Try to leave one small jar for a few weeks. I smoked some last night that I jarred over 2 years ago.

You have a lot of budsites on that big bushy one, and still 40ish daze to go in flower,and it'll fatten up nicely the last 2 weeks or so, so yeah, 2 + ozs on it would not surprise me a bit. I grew it several years ago, went 60ish daze. The longer you cure, the better it tastes/smokes. I waited about 3daze!! LOL

Hey Arthur thats a nice size plant u might see more than 2.5 oz. imo depending on ur grow technique...wot are u growing in soil, hydro, coco???

Looks great. K2 is a great, strong strain. I'm currently growing one but have never finished one so I have no guess on yield. Just. Good luck but I don't think you'll need luck by the look of that plant!

Id say between 2 and 3 ounces, looks nice and healthy so far.........any questions of probs just post em and someone will help sooner or later. Great pics by the way, she seems nice and branchy, if ya have the room i would open her up a little to aid with light penetration. Good luck.

im finding it realy hard for room already true. soon ill dedicate a whole room to my growing instead of just 2 cupboards. thanks for all the nice replys, its appreciated. Dr d, im growing with bio bizz light mix soil and bio bizz nutrients, which are

bio bizz grow and bloom, only bloom atm
bio bizz alg-a-mic
bio bizz top max

im also using cal-mag for my ro water. i have a nft system aswell where im growing some snow white, white rhino, and jack herer. im using advanced nutrients with them tho, shud b gr8!!! also have some northern lights x big bud seeds. i have a topped jack herer and a untopped one also in flower atm. so ill post some pics soon. there only at day 5 tho. thanks again for all the help. any more suggestions welcome

nutrient film technique i think it stands for. you hav the plants in rockwool standing on aslope which is suspended above a res. a pump then pumps water upto the slope which then falls bak down.
