Maybe I'm being impatient but this growth is REALLY slow. Plants in big pots sprouted about 6 weeks ago. Plant in little jiffy pot sprouted 10 days ago.

2 are master kush and 2 are ak48. I'm growing in a 4x2x5 Apollo grow tent. Lighting is 1 mars hydro 300w led and 1 galaxy hydro 300w led. Lights are about 24" above "canopy". soil is dr. Earth pot of gold organic. 4" intake fan 6" exhaust. Temps are consistent 82 during day 72 at night. Temps were about 90 for a week 4 weeks ago. Did this permanently stunt plants??
I plan on using Lucas formula but I haven't added any nutes yet. Soil ph runoff is 7.0.
Any input is appreciated. I'm obviously missing something. Im thinking under nourished?? or a lack of patience. Is it possible that there is something wrong with tent. They seemed to slow down when I put in tent. I feel like I am chasing my tail here.
