1st Grow EVER...

Well, this is my first grow ever and im really excited, been hanging around here for a little while trying to soak up some Knowledge from the minds in this wonderful forum for growing spectacular plants...I will take any advice and do whatever i can ( within reason) to help them look nicer...I would like any help that you may be willing to lend...here are pictures of my plants..

This is my one known Bitch a Sensi Seeds NL...But shes a nice lanky ho, trying to tie her down a little. She is 32 Days above soil.

This is the purpling on the stem of Lifesaver #3, Is this Normal with Lifesavers?

They are all being grown under a 250 hps with a switchable MH Bulb. They are being Fed with Fox Farms Grow Big, with a splash of Superthrive thrown in from time to time. The Lifesavers are in 1 gallon pots right now and will be transplanted to 3 gallon Pots. The NL is in a 3 gallon pot and will get no further transplants. I am using bogs Transplant method.They are being grown in Fox Farms Ocean Forest potting Soil. I am growing in a C13 with a 265 Dayton Blower. I have a fan on all the time. They are being vegged on an 18/6 lifecycle from seed to bloom. The pictures were taken with a Sony Cybershot 5.0 Megapixels, MpegMovie VX Smart Zoom DSC-P92. Man has this been an intense grow and i am really diggin watching them grow..I will find myself just sitting in front of the box for an hour at a time just watching the swaying of the plants. I hope this looks okay for a first timers grow, but like i said before, i am open to any suggestions that you Master growers would be willing to lend.

Enjoy the hour now....soon it will be 2 or 3. Especially when you harvest them and are smoking them. You will end up sitting in front of your second grow ever forever.

Thank you Mr.GreenJeans, im glad you stopped by to take a look and enjoyed the view. Man i was so stoked about my cab, and i had some doubts about its effectiveness. But if you put the time and energy in, it seems that a good idea was found for a guerilla indoor grower after all. I hope that you have success in your efforts, as watching the plants grow may seem slow at times, but when you are new, everything is just AWESOME...Good luck and i wish you the most success in your endeavor.

Guys im so happy, and excited, i cant believe how they grow and sway. Its amazing the joy you get out just watching a plant grow. From seed to veg to...the next step which i have yet to experience but am about to be jumping out of my chair to see.. Mr GreenJeans you are in for a fun and exciting time to say the least..Budmaster, thank you as well for stopping by my grow, it is a pleasure to see others enjoying my grow, and i wish the best to all in theirs..

DD13, the plants look great. How much longer are you planning on vegging for?

Nice one DrugsDe1an3y! Bushy and compact plants . And supposedly very good genetics (unfortunately I have no experience of those myself).

What is your setup (lightnin, area, ventilation?) and how many plants you got growing? Looks like a pretty tight pattern. What do you expect to be a yield?

If all goes well, Ill have my plants transplanted within the next 2 days (by tuesday) and I wanted to give them about a week to get aquainted with their new pots. 5 days works though.

Since we both have threads in this forum, it should be easy for us to compare plants throughout the bloom cycle. Should be fun.


I think that my plants will finish faster, but you should yeild more per plant. Thats my guess anyway.

We'll see how it shapes up.

Ill try to check your thread tomorrow to see if you got the transplant done or not. If all goes well, Ill get my girls transplanted too and we can both start flowering on saturday.

Hemppo, i hope to get 4 ounces out of my plants, but im gonna be satisfied with what i get regardless..I have 4 plants right now, 1 Sensi seeds NL that is a confirmed female, and the bogs im waiting on..Gonna Transplant them tomorrow..or that is the hope, and then put them into flower ina week..The NL is ahead of everything else by 10 days.Yeah you can shorten it up to DD13.No problems from me..Thanks for Checking out my grow.

Gift of Gab, im looking forward to the comparisons...This will be great fun..I may be out of town on Saturday, so sunday may be the day of the good thing..Just gives your plants one more good day to veg...I hope my NL doesnt double in size...i hope it does, but it will be a monster if i dont get it going soon . This is your first grow? What a natural. Aren't they fun to watch? Wait till you flower all of them. You might be being a little ambitious looking for a full oz out of each, under just a 250. Don't forget you can suppliment with 70 watter from Home Depot for 60 bucks each.

Also, a new trick that I have yet to use but since it comes from BOG, how can it be wrong: If you have the verticle space, put another slightly larger pot full of mix UNDER the pot you are going to flower in. He says they definitely make more roots when they go into flower, and that this increased root mass will kick up your bud size. Just let the roots grow from the hole of the bottom of your pots right into the soil mix of the pots below.

Total stoner malfunction Doob..I know im hopin for a bit much, but i just need something to get me through the inbetween times, or move to California lol. yep my first grow and just hoping and trying, i got enough cats to make carbon dioxide in the room, the house should be full of it, so im hoping my odd suppliment of 15 cats worth of CO2 will help them LMFAO...anybody need a cat...litter trained all..
