1st grow and not going too well

As you can see, my plants are having issues.
2 are master kush and 1 is ak48. They sprouted about 4 weeks ago. I'm growing in a 4x2x5 Apollo grow tent. Lighting is 1 mars hydro 300w led and 1 galaxy hydro 300w led. Lights are about 8" - 12" above "canopy". soil is dr. Earth pot of gold organic. Temps are consistent 85 during day 72 at night. Temps were about 90 for a week 2 weeks ago. I plan on using Lucas formula but I haven't added any nutes yet. Soil ph runoff is 7.0.

Any input is appreciated. I'm obviously missing something. Im thinking under nourished or temps to high?? Lights too close??

lights are way way to close, did i say they were to close? they are seedlings they need very little light at that stage, 1 light will do for all for the time being id go like 2feet away maybe more. take one step at a time then if you still have issues move to the next.

Do you have a fan on it?

Don't get water on the leaves when you water.

Imo, you have too big of a container. I usually start seeds/clones out in small Dixie cups. That way the medium dries out like it should. They are definitely too wet. Everytime you water in soil, you get a growth spurt til the next watering. You obviously haven't had too many spurts by the age and size of them. Tells me you haven't watered much, and looking at container size, that's why.

Looks wet because I just watered. I've been watering every 3 days or so. I do have a fan on it.
I did have in solo cup but repotted because roots started popping out of bottom. I will take one light out and see how that goes.

They are already stresses. I would Leave them alone Leave the fan on there and don't water and for a week or possibly more.

Could be nitrogen burn too. Have you been feeding them something? As far as lights are concerned, they need the lights right on top of them so they can feel some heat. I wouldn't replant them in other pots because that would stress them out. Add some molasses and calcium in the form of garden lime but in very low doses.

I use small red beer cups for seedlings and clones! Dont use a big pot, It takes way to long to dry out. The best advice I can give a new grower is let these plants GROW and dont do anything to them. Some good soil, and a little light till they get way bigger. Dont over water, use smaller cups to start and wait until they dry right out and water.

I use little cups too, lotsa holes for good drainage. I had the same issue, but with a different brand of soil. Yellowing leaves and the tips drying out so much they'd crack. Struggled for 2 months, eventually tossed most but kept one.

No "slow release" nutrients in the new medium and the seedlings are doing much better. I'm vegging them under 3x45w 6500k cfl's.

Sorry for the double post, hopefully the image will upload. I took this 5 minutes ago. The big pot is the one I'm still struggling with (sprouted on 22/09/2015). The 3 in the cups are in a different medium, they sprouted on the 27/10/2015. See the difference

you need to not water anymore till those pots dry out and you need to raise those lights up.
dude there's no way those plants outgrew a solo cup. you must have mistaken a taproot poking out the bottom for them having outgrown their pots. i have 2 week old seedlings in the same 4in pot they got planted in after germ and they're gonna be there for another 2 weeks or more.
