1st Attempt, please advise

Hey everyone, this is my first time to grow indoors. I am growing northern lights. these photos were taken today. It's the 10th day of flowering, 12/12 light. When should i start expecting buds? Do they look healthy? ..? Please any comment or advise is highly appreciated.

they look quite healthy, but seem to lack light a little. If you use only cfl's you should get them closer. buds start to be visible after about 3 weeks, but you should be able to see pistils soon.

Thanks for the tip exploziv, I'll put some shoe boxes under them to bring them closer to the lights.

Good call, about a week or so after you do that you should see some denser pistil formation at all of the nodes.

Ya, I hope so Tuinman, I already placed the boxes under them today. Am actually amazed for this is my first attempt. I also planted one autoflowering female seed today. I was searching the internet for bending techniques but didn't find any. You know how should i do that?

correct me if im wrong but some of those pics look to be males....i wouldnt expect buds at all.
