So Im groing a single plant with MH 150w. At first I put it at 70cm above, which was obviously too much, because the plant stretched from zero to 7cm between 2 days.
I tried to find some info, and realised it could be a problem... So now I lowered it to 45cm (1.5 feet) according to some guides, but I would like to read more opinions, if you dont mind such begginer questions...
This is the 4th grow Im using this bulb, so it probably lost some of its strenght.
According to this guide, the heights for MH 150w are:
Closest 5" (10cm)
Sunlight 7" (18cm)
Furthest11" (28cm)
Does "furthest" mean seedlings stage?
What height would you suggest?
