is the bomb! I was sceptical. It BURNS SOME WEED (IMHOP). There are reports that it saves on weed...I dunno about you, but I use a one or two hit bubbler as my daily....or used to. This vape eats 2 x per session (I would only take a hit or two) of what the bubbler would use.
I got a cheap 40 dollar dual whip, dual element EZ-Vape nock-off from my favorite place - EBAY!
While the wiring setup baffles me, I find the end result to be stellar. The units heat in a few minutes - while you wait you can grind up that herb and pack it into the glass "interface" which is a nipple shaped piece which flares to accomodate the glass/ceramic element which gets hot. There is a screen inside this interface which you pack your herb up against...then you fit the interface on the element, sandwiching the ground herb between the hot element and the screen in the interface.
AT the other end of the tube is a glass mouthpiece which you inhale from. The first hit always tastes delicious. the taste is knock down incredible. it is like sucking the essence out of a honeysuckle...except it is weed...not honeysuckle...lol. You watch the herb go from green to brown as you such the essence out of it and dry/heat it up. Being you are sucking through a near 400 degree element for a couple of minutes I could see the benefit of water cooling that. I consider myself a waterpipe kinda guy. I love the bong and bubblers...have drawn up a bunch for a buddy of mine to make. I could see adding water to this scheme and being happy. I may need to keep an eye on the supply, but I will be a healthier bubbling essence kinda guy.
It is not smoking the way we know and love it. It is clearer of a high. I found using a whip easy and not awkward at all (compared to balloons which would freak me out I think).
The bouquet and finish of each weed (plant even) is very different. My citrus sativa not only turns you on your ear but tastes like lemonaid/lemon pez...the other one tastes like chamomile tea...
the high takes getting used to...some say it is not as strong..I think it is different...not in a bad way though. it is never heavy, even though it may induce sleep or relax the body. I blame this on the lack of toxins. Pure speculation on my part. With ~vape~ you have no heavy toxins associated with burning, the carbon monoxide, etc which really shapes the experience.
I smoked my two hit bubbler (a staple for me) after a couple of nights with the ~vape~ and hands down it tasted polluted and chemically compared to the ~vape~. The taste in the lungs/mouth was very noticable...I thought wow...my wife smelled this on me for years...haha...almost like quitting cigarettes many moons ago...
Conclusion? Try vaping kids. 370 Degrees Fahrenheit works for me. Also, you can cook with the leftovers from the ~vape~. It is brown and sweet smelling and I hear it makes just fine cannabutter...some cats put it into capsules and eat it. CRAZY!
There are papers on this stuff...Dr. Google helped me understand combustion quite a bit. Love that education thing.

I'm just about out of the last remaining strain I have, but I'm also about to harvest again. My previous run I was out 2 weeks before I'd be able to smoke any bud, but I made some ISO hash to hold me over for a week. Then I found a jar I had forgotten about so save your trimmings and look for lost bud!

I have about 1/4 left and then I got my vaped stash which I will re-vape at 390 degrees....I bet I can stretch for 2 weeks.
I just cannibalized a failed reveg which gave me another 1/8th or so...w00t.....seek the hidden WEED.
Ima never gonna buy again so if I am out, I am OUT for a bit...gives me an excuse to clear the head for a stretch of more than 5 hours.....eheh.
the BAY just got my payment for the chemhaze x chemdog!!! Whooo hooo...it took over 3 weeks to get there...YAY. Thought this was money lost....

Hey guys, new to icmag.com and wanted to say hello to all 150 growers.
Swim is doing his first grow and is in 5 weeks of flowering.
Swim cant post pictures at the moment since she is sleeping but will post them up in a few hours when is awake. I will post details later.

guys, thanks for this thread - its been useful to me even though i grow with a 250
doing some research on yields with lower wattage lamps. can you still get 1g/watt with a 150 or does it not give out enough light???
i know they are less efficient as you go down in wattage from 600 so i just wondered if it was still possible or what a respectable yield was under a 150

Hey for you 150 club members that have run low on weed...let me add another tidbit about ~vape~ benefits.
I collected all of the browinsh-green ground-up herb out of the vape from sessions at 370F and I put them in a jar. I then took this already vaped material up to 390F as I said I might do in an earlier thread....and IT GOT ME HIGH AS A KITE.
I have about half a zip of it!
So lemme tell you a this point and time how sold I am on the vape. Initially, between the amazing taste and the clarity of experience I was in it for keeps. Now add to that piece the whole 2nd time around benefit and I have to break out a big f'n yeeeha. Seriously. I thought I might not have weed for a while.

Have fun kids. Remember that with us 150W guys it is the size of the fight IN the dog that counts. If anyone knows of a good QUALITY vape out there please feel free to drop a line...any pointers from someone with experience would be greatly appreciated...

Heres the pictures as promised.
She started 12/12 at the beginning of this year so she is about 5 weeks into flowering. i was thinking she should be done by the end of February.
She does'nt look to healthy because i just recently flushed her because she got nute burn (tigerbloom) and just cut off all the dead leaves.
I also burned her by having my lights to close but i fixed that.
Let me know what you think, also if you want to take a guess at my yield go for it.
