So I decided to join the 150W club about a month and a half ago and these are the results thus far. These pics are from day 12 of 12/12. It's now day 15 and there is already a considerable difference.

Another Dukes of Cannabis Freebie, 2 for 2 females of the seeds I popped, not bad.

This one is extremely stinky, my entire basement ranked of delicious skunk and freaked me the fuck out. I changed the carbon in the filter and everything is peachy. Thank god, was thinking I was gonna have to abort her and make a shite load of cuts for outdoors 2010. (I still took cuts )

Sweet Tooth, 7 out of the 10 seeds popped (these are from Pre OG going down) 6 males and this delicious female.

This one started as the smallest after flipping to 12/12 and is now the largest and just wont stop fucking stretching, please stop stretching. Had to bend her over as she was growing 5" a night and got burned one morning before I got to them.

With each of these having like 10 tops and 1 main cola Im hoping for a decent haul.

Man, one look at Krush's scrog and mine can't wait. I only have 3x23w CFLs in veg and I'm tired of waiting. Has anybody ever vegged under HPS? I've got this one on 14/10 atm. Would a longer lights on period speed growth?

I TRIED THE HYDO SET UP LIKE YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME AND JUST COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. PLANTS NEVER GREW- SWITCHED TO SOIL AND THEY ARE THRIVING NOW, 5 WEEKS INTO VEG CYCLE. YOURS LOOK GREAT

I'm kicking around the idea of getting a couple more 150s & putting one light and one plant into a 55 gal drum with the light vertical & the plant trained around it. Hoping I can rig it with a cool tube & makeshift carbon filter & keep it cool enough. I've searched the forums for "55 gallon drum" and all the variations I could think of & came up with zero. Have any of you come across a set-up like this?

I've always vegged uder my 150. My standard philosphy has always been - one lamp from sprouting right thru harvest. And if you are giong to try to stick by that principle the HPS is the best compromise out there.

You also have to keep in mind that I only grow for my own needs and to entertain friends from time-to-time. This being the case, I consistantly produce more than I can use, so I always take breaks between my grow cycles.
