Lumatek has a new dual 600w ballast. Just google it and you will find many options.

I would skip the digitals. There does not seem to be much advantage to them and you can save some money by buying ballast kits. I found by the time I mounted my ballasts and hooked the hoods up, the normal cords that come with the ballasts, would not have worked anyway.

You probably want to look into getting a flip box. That way your load can be spread evenly.

Are you going to use pre-made tables or make your own? If you want to make your own, its pretty easy using pondliner and much cheaper. Plus you can make the table any size you want.

with 4 tables per room, you could split your harvest every two weeks or even every week so you can spread the trimming out evenly.

If you need some ideas, check out my sig, it may give you some ideas. The flowering room was well thought out I think. But the vegging and moms was not and I had to take over a guest bathroom, much to my wifes displeasure.

Is that what you use to do fiberglass repairs? I know I used some stuff from West Marine to fix some fiberglas some years ago. Two liquids mixed together, then there was a filler that made it look like peanut butter.

Did you use the filler or just the two parts? I assume the resin worked out and has held up?

yeah I didnt use the fiberglass strips just the resin and hardner...got the idea when sealing this stadium setup so it was water proof ...Pond liner was my next choice but was way more expensive..

sorry to hijack the thread stoney

In the cracks and seems, where the wood meets each other, did you just build up the resin to fill the gaps?

yep thats what I did...next one I build I will use wood glue/liquid nail in the seems then coat it with resin..would take way less time to fill the gaps...I also doubled the hardner ratio so the resin would set up in about 5 mins..so you had to work fast and make small batches..make sure to allow a good amount of time between coats or you could start a chem fire..15/20 mins between coats worked for me..best of luck
