Oh and for de-chlorination, I think the container has gotta be open air for the chlorine vapors to escape. Not seeing any sign's of it on the lady's (We hope, fuck balls lol!), but just a heads up.

Yeah that's what i thought too, you never know though , have you ever seen what sunlight refracted through plastic into water can do?
Alot of crazy things. Including killing bacteria, i'm not sure if the chlorine can travel through clear plastic but it may be possible because every chlorine container from the pool supply store will be white plastic. Will have to look into that

I have been keeping it realistic, knowing i may only get a 3.5, but that's good because i won't be let down

3500K is the reddish orange looking bulb which is good for flowering , the 6500k is the white/blue looking light that is good for veg. It would prolly be best to run a mixture of both.

I appreciate that info, i believe that when i get that red blue spectrum led in there it won't be intense, but it may fill in some of the gaps left by the cfl's.

At first i only had those 3500k's , remember? I did also have a CFL Aquarium bulb, in the aquarium hood, which is not in use now, it was shaped like c====== . But at least with those 6500 i have gained more light than i lost.

Update , while checking preflowers , i was able to smell a sweet piney aroma for the first time from the all star. WOW .

First attempt at taking leaves off *sound the alarm*

The two light starved leaves at the bottom of the main plant had tips that had been curling upward, unable to suck up enough cfl to be happy. Many people recommended trimming the bottom leaves that won't get light to make more energy for buds. So with IC, clean hands, and a pinching motion, two leaves gone

Lol apparently when they are semi dry you can scuff them on a fine screen for taking trichomes off, at least i read that on a website just now.

Lol, depend's on if the plant had a chance to grow trich's yet ya know lol... The stuff for hash has to be about as frosty enough to have you wanna smoke it. I personally seperate every calyx from leaf when I get down, can't stand leafy chlorophyll hit's. I save up all the sugar leaf shake, then run it for BHO. A small 7g shake run usually gets me a gram or two of top notch single-run oil... You'll get your weight up soon enough. If I can recommend one thing I did back in HS, it would be get your ass a work permit ASAP and put up with any mini-wage JOB till you can pull in LBS... 2 McD's check's and you could have a tent and enough L.E.D. to pull a Zip at least. IDK your age G, but money makes the world go round, and it ain't gonna come knocking on the door to come kick it with you lol, get on that grind! I ain't tryna come off negative at all BTW bro (Hopin this will inspire ya!)! Love what your doing bro, was in your shoe's myself way back when...

Believe me i know, i had a bad experience moving out with a woman , and ended up back at square uno financially. You know that goes. (honestly, hopefully you don't, it sucks)

But working is not foreign to me , at all , I had been punching that clock since 16 but i've kind of been on a simpler lifestyle since about december now that i'm back out in the woods with no job lol. . But it's past time to get back to the ol grindstone. If not for myself , but at least to make my friends/ family happy, and to help with bills (mine included ). I went through a dark period, where working a retail job alot of people got caught stealing, lead out in cuffs. Then after that they kept having INVESTIGATIONS and INTERROGATIONS and etc etc etc. It totally sent me over the edge. Almost daily anxiety attacks . Had to give it up, i literally could take no more of the rodeo style "round-ups", people getting locked up at the point of a finger.

But what you're saying is with a little more expanded budget, i could take the CAB that i have now , put a tent in it and get some of those sneakyneekz quality ufo leds?
Or would it have to be a standalone kinda tent, whole new setup kinda thing? You know it was hard for me to move setups in the first place, and at that point know how was my real issue, if you know what i mean.

One of the oldest plants, the twisty leaved one, had been hiding balls under his twisty leaves. Upon further inspection, and alot of patience to make darn sure, without a doubt , balls are balls.

Hey mybad g for assuming your younger then you are. All I was meanin was if you ain't ever have an income (Too young to work...), that it is one of the most freeing thing's for a young person. I ain't ever have "allowance" or ish lol, so when I got a first job, I felt on top a the world. I been there too homie on that retail BS, alotta snakes in the grass in this world... Oohch, I feel your pain on the boy, I had the same setback, had like 5 clones of him n all lol. Probably too late, but I would recommend tossin him outside and collectin a bit of pollen. Make some seedstock. For your cab breh , I think around 50w of L.E.D. would do.
don't really wanna make any more recomendation's then that as I don't believe the light's I bought are what their worth, but that's only because I know how cheap I can order em from china. The U.F.O. I got is perfect for a tight space like your's (And at 42w it would be a good wattage too...), but now that I have moved up to the tent, it seem's to be strained. If you were gonna move up to a tent (GL40's $100 shipped.), then I would say to get something like this

I am probably gonna order something like that with a custom spectrum from china for $180 shipped (Only $40 more then the U.F.O.!). Should be able to pull 100g's easily. More importantly, a set-up of that scale would be more forgiving for user error. Say you fuck up and lose another plant now (Not hard, being in a confined space make's your likelihood for problem's much greater than having some extra elbow room... Overcrowding, airflow, humidity, not to mention heat, so many variables, so little space.). It would be a loss of a majority of your yield, with few back-up's. Now I do realize I am trying to get you to go big in a micro forum (Must look like a bully huh?), but I just don't want you to get disappointed, and give up growing the great herb bredren! LMK if I blab too much B, Ill back off your thread lol...

Yeah man neekz you got intuition i'm still very young, too old for school but not old enough to buy alcohol .Ha!. By the time i was 16 my parents were like, we're not paying for your drugs and expensive clothing! Sooo , it was time to bag some groceries

I did get that LED 80 bulb , and it's not insanely powerful or something, but will be good for sprouts and vegging plants, seems to put out light for a good little distance actually, probably worth what i paid (sell junk on the internet, you sometimes end up buying more!) i kind of have a little arrangement going with the lights having plants in multiple stages.Experimenting i'd say.

That tent you have is pretty epic, and kind of stealthy in an "out in the open" kinda way. It's so hard to break into finding good LED's and tents because, the market has so much ABSOLUTE SHITE chumming around in the waters that it's hard to know where to even start.

But with my little experience i've gained in the past month , i feel comfortable enough like you said earlier to know i could make em pop in optimal conditions if i could do it in my mediocre conditions. All i need is a goal (like a nice led light,tent, etc) , and if i know that it's gonna be good, i'll work for it for sure. If it wasn't for me reading the 12/12 from seed thread, seeing it for myself, id still have a clean (non white-walled ) aquarium waiting for fish ! know what i mean?

Nobody steps foot in my room, let alone my closet, but even in that event, everyone who might by chance see the tent in the house is totally cool with it. I got a similar system of arranging the ladies aswell (Various light intensities...).
