hi again guys ive read not from only these forums but from a few others too that u should be yeilding 2lbs every 1000watts of light.
im currently readying my grow room which is around 2,1/2 feet wide x 6, 1/2 long and about 8 feet high.
i plan on using 4 25litre pots in this space, the strain im using is bigbud (from clone comin in nex 3-4 days)
if this theory is correct i should yeild 2.2lbs if im using two 600watts through flower. that would mean around nine ounce per plant would this be possible with my room size?
help appreciated guys.

It would be possible, but you're going to need to veg them out a bit and probably scrog them to get something close to the yield you want. It looks like you're over 90w/sqf. Using soil, it might be hard to utilize all that light. Are you doing an exhausted or sealed room? co2 or no co2? what kind of soil mix do you plan on using and what nutes?
I'm assuming you haven't run this strain before but have you grown before at all? If you haven't run this strain its going to be hard to pull 2.2 the first time out. maybe on your second run if you have your environment and nutes dialed in. If you've never grown before and you're hoping for any kind of a decent yield, read read read!

If you know the person you're getting the clones from, ask him or her what their nute schedule is like and what kind of soil mix they run their girls in. Make sure you have your bulbs perpendicular to the length of the closet to get the most efficiency out of your lights. I'd actually recomment just starting all the plants under one light and leaving the other off until they started outgrowing the space under that light.

good luck CG!

yh ive grown once b4 using canna coco soil, canna coco a+b all the way through veg and flower, superthrive all the way thru veg and flower, canna pk 13-14 from start of flower until flush, i also used b'cuzz bloom from start of flower to flush i only used 7,1/2 litre pots i was pretty pleased with my yeild for my first attempt in total i got 25 oz dry weight of 8 plants using various strains.

ohhhh, so you're using coco and you've grown in it before :)
yea, i'd say its pretty reasonable to say you'll hit your goal of 2.2 lbs. Just make sure to veg them long enough to take advantage of that root space in the 25 liter pots.

what was the lighting and environment like with your last grow with the 25 Oz and the 8 plants?

yh ive forgot to mention, it was basically the same size room as im using now
the lighting i used was a 400w hps through veg and then another 400w hps come flower which was blasting blasting them from the side rather than the top, got sum nice fat lower buds using that method. and jus a small fan for circulating the airflow no carbon filter or fancy extactor fans, i jus would open the door every few hours let some fresh air flow in, pretty ghetto set up really. but seemed to have some descent results.
im gonna stay positive and and try pull of the 2.2lbs, if i fail at least i tried!
fanx for the input and advice irishsoco
happy and safe growing to you.
cheers

If you pull over 2 lbs from that area and 4 plants, that would be a great accomplishment. That would show some real gardening skills.

I have not seen 9 oz's of dried finished bud come from and indoor grown plant yet, aleast one I have grown.

I don't think you have enough space to achieve your goal. I am not saying you won't do well, but 2.5 by 6 feet is a little small for two 600w lights. preferably you would want to have a width of around 3.5 or 4 feet. maybe even a little longer. I flower with 3x3 space per 600w light, but am finding that there is wasted light outside of that area. Some of the people I see getting 1 gram per watt are running larger than average areas for their lights. I am going to start messing around with this to see if I can't up my yields. with 1000w lights and 4x4 area I am getting around 1.5 pounds.

I agree,I run 3 1k's in an 8 by 8 room and I fill the room,I have 50 watts sq ft basically but as you can see I have an extra 4 by 4 without a 1K...
