I need advice on contractual agreements between two partys. In terms of precentages, risk and responsabilites. One party will provide premisis whilst the other equipment, knowledge and bills.

What do ye think. I was thinking 50% 1st yield 30% 2nd yield

How do youhandle the busts? :puppydoge

thank uwwwwwwww

if you need a co-op for 1000w grow, why dont you try something else, i mean if it was like a 10,000w grow op thats a bit different. but when there are individuals running 6kw on their own on this site why would you want to do co-op...less weed to the face and more risks

Read the thread in the Indoor Hydro section titled MASSIVE INDOOR COMMERCIAL GROW (or somethin like that)...

you'll get an idea for partner choice.. a lot of it via my OP and my partner and me discussing my situations.

my reccomendation is this, obviously you seem to be the one with the equip and knowledge, just like myself you need(ed) a location and now that you have one, you have a partner.

having your name on a lease and/or bills is a big risk for the op. so they would be entitled to a fair percentage, but you should make everything as clear as day, dont have any grey areas.

if you say your going to do something, do it, if they say they are going to do something, hold them to it....

be fair, but be firm

edit. oh and like the other replies.... a 1kw grow isnt large by any means, I'm running 5k in just one room. however its a building block

I had a partner when I first started out, wasn't until I rid myself of him that I was able to flourish. It's a bad deal all around and if you're already thinking about bust procedure,it's probably worse than you think

A contract means nothing if is isn't legally binding. My crazy advice is fuck the landlord, do it commando and keep 100% There is also much less risk of a bust as there will only be one person(hopefully) that knows of the grow.

Sometimes people need partners to get going at first. I am in a few "contracts", that aren't contracts at all, but they are friends helping friends. 1 Year,%50-%50, after that an option to buy out the equipment. And at any time either can back out far any reason, and leave with what they came to the deal with. Go for it, if you trust them.

One thing is for sure....
People act different than you may think in situations like that.

even if you think you know this person inside and out, I cant agree with this statement more.

I got into an OP with a friend of mine that I've been friends with since third fuckin grade

he introduced me to smoking, and we have shared MANY a bowl or three :biglaugh:

once we introduced a grow into our friendship it stressed it beyond belief.

Take a GOOD HARD LOOK at the person your considering for a partnership, take an unbiased look, look at the good, the bad, and REALLY look for the ugly.

A co op grow will bring out a persons true character

I'm finishing one more run (done in a little over a month now) with this partner then I'm moving on. I'll still pull tubes and pack bowls with him, but I wont grow with him again unless he can prove beyond ANY doubt, that he can manage it (mentally that is) (personally I dont think he'll ever be able to, and I'm 100% fine with that)

Dude save some money secure your own location DO NOT get involved with partners cause the truth of the matter is that even though your grow is co-operative the charges
will not be !!!! I did the same thing a few years back and we were Robbed by another Partner don't do it its not worth your freedom ,life ,or whatever and yes people act totally different when money is involved or at stake.Greed is a muthafuckka
