Whats goin on everyone,
I recently purchased a new gorilla grow tent 4x4x7and am running 1000watts with canopy temps of 70 degrees with the lights on, I have an oscilating fan, exhaust inline fan with carbon filter and another inline fan to cool the light along with just a passive intake through the intake slots in the tent.
My last tent was a growlab 4ft 9in x 4ft 9in x 7 and when i tried to run 1000watts in it...temps rose to about 80-82, I had the same setup in this tent as I do now in my new tent except I also had a flood tray in my last tent because I had the space for it, the material of this tent was much thinner than my new tent and my new tent seems much more snug...So I guess my question is, does this seem possible to you guys? I just got a new temperature guage also and am wondering if i had faulty equipment to judge temps in my last tent. Currently my room temp my tent is in is at 78 degrees but my tent is at 70 degrees inside so maybe this tent just kicks ass and has better airflow.
