Can You be more specific? Are You asking if the ac will supply anough cooling for the lighting? Are You still in the design phase or is this equipment installed? There are a lot of variables involved.

i have simular size A/C with 3 600s. A/C only needed in the 3 hottest months of the year when outside temps are above 30c. once temps get to 40 th A/C cant maintain 28c..

6 lights in a sealed room might be pushing it. but with huge ventilation 24/7 and a/c switching on and off at preset temps should work well all but the hottest months of the year if your outside temps regulary get above 35c.

What's your ventilation like?
What size fan?
Any other heat sources in the room?
Air cooled lights?

You've got to give us some info if you want an accurate answer....
