1 week old seedlings, some leaves are curling down, and look wrinkled, are they OK?

Numerous seedlings here, variety of strains grown in soil, unfertilized, the curling spreads across all strains, they are about 1 week old. Some leaves also look "wrinkled".

They are sitting under T-8 floros, 4 tubes. The lights feel very cool to the touch, so I've had them as close as possible (though to be safe, I just moved them up a tiny bit).

Just want to make sure they are OK.

My first guess might be overwatering, but I've only watered them twice since they popped, though as you can see, the cells they are in aren't very big.

Here are some pics:

I realize they aren't the "best", but hopefully it gives a general idea. Mind you I'm talking about "true leaves" wrinkling and curling downward.

Soil could be hot for seedlings. They should be started in seedling starter mix. What kind of soil is it?

It's "organic planting mix" for seedlings.

I might just transplant them to coco, but I'm not seeing any "burn" or discoloration, though they might be too young to show it, dunno.

well I just looked at them, they are still looking wrinkled, the leaves are just sort of curling (besides the obvious downward curl, they are also curling in other directions).

The soil is also bone bone bone dry, is it possible that they are actually getting under watered, or at least not getting enough water from the small cells they are in?

hi,it cud be the amont of water, organic stuff.lik fox farms, thats heavy soil, unless, some drainage is added to mix.,are u using a spray bottle? to keep track of how many sprays it takes to mak a teaspoon? that will help....how much water did u give to start? wat i useto do is,give one cell 7 sprays=another 10,another 15,to see which works wen cell is complelety dry.or u can try keepin the soil lightly moist wen it starts to dry, semi mois, not quite dry,dry misting aroung 3-4 times, wem needed is nother method, see which amont of water works for u and which method. hope this helps.,and cut a cell and weigh if u have to wen its dry...or just take a cell full of same mix dry and check dry weight....moon/
