I'm curious on everyones sentiments on the cure stage of the process. As a new grower, I find it a bit intimidating as it is a sensitive process and it requires time and attention. I just wanted to put some feelers out to see if anyone else feels that way or if it's just me.

Got this from a website about canning fruits, jams, jellies, etc. Has anyone used this method to seal their mason jars when curing? I've always just tightened the ring over the lid as well as I could, but never gotten a true vacuum seal because I'd been worried about heating up the buds too...
