I didn’t know there were rules about posting on someone’s post to someone else’s post. I just figured it was open to the public. I’m sure I’ve been guilty of this like right now. Seems like if one would only be talking to one person and didn’t want everyone to read it they would PM instead. Just sayin’.
I don’t need any explanation about it tho. Wouldn’t want anyone to chime in to the reply uninvited… ✌️
You do need an explanation though because I never said there were rules or that nobody else could read. I'm saying that when I respond to someone who made a post directed at me then my response is intended for that person. Others are free to read it but I'm not very open to them criticizing the length of my comment. There's a big differnce in what I'm saying compared to what you say that I'm saying.

What's in the Ukraine that the west wants because liberating the people isn't what they're there for.
I don't know, that's a whole different dicussion. I'm talking about the shit load of drones Iran sold Russia when they were starting to run low on munitions.. If Iran makes fairly small drones that can also hold and fire one missle, why would they need to buy a shipload from China?

sorry for the long read friend but the us is actually a net exporter of oil (we have huge domestic resources)
most of our imported oil comes from cnada and mexico
close off the straits of hormuz
trump will put a tariff on any middle eastern oil, the biggest tariff they have ever seen
We mostly export our oil because ours is better it's what they call "sweet crude" and comes in large part from shale. Unfortunately we can't do much with it because all our refineries are set up for the kinds of oil other countries import. We could swith our refineries to doe the oil we produce but it would be extremely expensive and take a long tim. So insteadd we export ours and import what we can refine.

Chevron has a giant refinery near LAX that produces over 1300 gallons of gasoline per second.
All of the crude oil feedstock comes from California; Chevron owns most of its oil fields and sells crude to itself at spot market prices.
All of the refinery’s gasoline output goes to Southern California markets.

The refinery makes 87 octane generic gasoline and it goes to a giant terminal near downtown where the tanker trucks fill up.
Any retailer can contract gasoline from this terminal.
It is only here when gasoline becomes “branded” such as Chevron fuel or Exxon fuel etc.
These are proprietary additives mixed into the tanker containing special detergents and octane boosters and so forth.
Premium gasoline is made here during the mix, not at the refinery.
So Chevron trucks are loaded here, but so can Exxon trucks and Costco trucks and any other retailer.

Retailer’s have to “move product” because gasoline does indeed go stale; they also have fixed delivery contracts so there has to be room in the underground tanks for the next delivery.
The fuel has to be priced high enough for a profit but low enough to actually sell it.
Costco gasoline is currently going for $5.19/gal and it may very well have come from the same Chevron terminal.

So why is this gasoline $7.23/gallon and who the fuck is buying it?"

I don't drink anymore.....don't drink any less either. Some say I have a drinking problem......Thing is I don't have a problem drinking at all.
If a person can take care of their chores/responsibility, be moral and not be nasty from alcohol, have at it.
I can think of a couple people who were harassed for their drinking. One lived to be 101 years and drank 1 or 2 shots of bourbon every night. Yet people got on his case, just leave the old guy alone he has already outlived most people. My first wife's uncle would have 2 shots of whiskey with his morning coffee, then nothing to drink until evening when he had a few beers. He was retired, not mean, took care of responsibility, he never harmed anyone. Why everyone got their knickers in knot I do not know.

Now don't you go confusing things with facts.
😆
Hows it going?

I always say drugs and liquor are only a problem when people make them one.

What's in the Ukraine that the west wants because liberating the people isn't what they're there for.
That's what has been coming out -- a huge money laundering operation. Look at four of our national leaders' children with $$$ positions in Ukraine.

Ukraine is given billions upon billions of US dollars to... BUY arms and ammo and shit from the US.

"As of September 30, 2024, the U.S. Ukraine response funding totals nearly $183 billion."

Watch carefully: Our Congresscritters are legally** allowed to buy stock in companies they vote to have the US Govt use. So if they are gonna vote to send $100 Billion dollars' worth of guns, ammo, yada... They simply buy the stock of the company they are gonna give the $100 Billion to. Such a risk!

** If you are a commoner, you go to jail. If a Congressthing, you make a friggin fortune every time you send US money somewhere.

"The median net worth of members of Congress who filed disclosures last year is just over $1 million."

The companies that make the weapons make lotsa money. This money comes from Ukraine after coming from the USA. And the Congresscritters get high-level jobs in these companies when they leave Congress. Of course, they still retain, "connections", right.

Rinse and repeat. For years.

There's the answer stated clearly.
