Whats the best way to sterilize a growroom?

My last indoor grow my plants had spider mites at the end of the grow.I want to clean up the room as clean as possible. Whats the best way to do this?My room is a 15 X 15 bathroom no fixtures plaster walls.

Poison, and some scrubbing should do the trick.

10:1 water:bleach and a rag and wipe ever tiny place sown or if u hav a yard sprayer/weed sprayer id spray everything then wipe best way there is kills everything

yea hippie hills right bleach is best. 1 cup of bleach to every gallon of water. its the only cleaner that gets rid of mould. which can damage your own health never mind your plants.

Too ez, if you "really" want mites gone.
First examine all equipment and areas just outside the room. And clean them throughly!!
If you just walk in like you would if going into the kitchen you "will" re-infest" the room. It's very frustrating to deal with mites but don't dismay.
Cleaning the room is a must, and bleach at up to 50% may be used, watch fumes though!!! Bomb the room with any commercial bug bomb, with all equipment inside repeat after 5 days.
Neem oil/Safers soap the tops and bottoms of the leaves of any plants you have or start fresh and neem them too. Once you neem/Safers twice in 5 days re-set the room. But don't re-infest it with sloppy entry habits or you will repeat this cycle.
I step into a shallow tray of bleach/bug killer/water to clear shoes and wear paper coveralls and latex gloves on entry.
Sounds extreme? But I haven't had mites or anything else in many years!
Mites like stagnant air, so put an oscillating fan or two in there. Examine your plants regularly. You may consider ladybugs or other predators but neem will adversely affect them so they shouldn't go in until two to three weeks after the last neem treatment at the earliest. There are many foliar spray here you may use through "search". DrDoom, Exclude and others have sprays very effective to kill these "Borg"!

id watch the neem i neemed my big girls with dyn-gro 100% neem oil mixed @ 1Tbs/gal and the bugs doubled so i though o its not cuz the neem its to get rid of them so i neemed them a second time and there still there the thing that got rid of them it sounds weird but thos no bug strips i put one in and shut all lights and vents off i did this everyday for a week and all the bugs are gone everyone on here says use neem itll work i say no we all will find sumthin that works for us

the main reson i got the bugs is my grow table for my big girls(over 3') isnt in a room or anything its in the wide open next to the main entry door lol the pizza man loves the smell of buds growin when i order lol

i have a set of lil girls (under 3') in a box and i got gnats in there once they came along for the ride on a couple clones off the big girls and between me killing them and the strips there were gone in 2 days wiped the room with bleach water and havnt seen another one

bug free is the way to be so bleach bleach the outside if you want hell scence ur there why not bleach the whole house u gotta walk threw your house to get to the entry of your cab dont you watch your grow medium iv seen people bring in bugs in there medium

i hear sm-90 works really good but its not organic

we all have our lil things that we dont tell people well you know mine i just told you them

Yo HippieH, I use Neem "with Safers", the soap immobilises em when it dries, you didn't address preds and you see you have too much exposure not just to mites but to the "pizza guy" runnin' his mouth, much worst than mites, imo.

the only people that know bout my grow are my fience my mom and the pizza guy is no worry a very time and presure tested friend wev been threw the cop shop together couple years ago it was my first and only time + the cops r cool round here as long as your not doin coke or meth and i get all my pizza for free i call his cell befor they close he makes it and says hell drop it off on his way home stops by my place and his fam owns the biz cant get better then that iv tryed the safers and it works for a day or 2 max iv also dun homemade garlic and soap i thought the only thing it did was make my house smell like garlic so that made me wonna smoke more to cover it
