Hi Guys, sorry to repost about the same problem but I am really staring to worry about my babies as they're not showing any signs of getting better, and I really don't know how long they can keep growing like this before they die.
SOIL:
How long has this problem been going on? About 2 weeks
What STRAIN are you growing? bagseed
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) seed
What is the age of your plants? about 6 weeks
How Tall are the plants? 1 is 8 inches, the other about 7
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?Vege, but had them in flower for about 10 days to determine sex
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) intending on vert scrog, but haven't installed screen yet
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)7 inch pots, the largest pot has just been transplanted from a 3 inch pot yesterday
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) until yesterday both were in a local organic soil called Daltons which contains something called NuFert mixed almost 50/50 with perlite. Yesterday I changed the larger one into a generic potting mix from the garden center
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each with how much water? How Often? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* Earth Juice Grow. The recommended amount (5ml per 4 liters I think), generally every second water- about once every 4 to 6 days
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? dont know. PH of tap water is somewhere around 8
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?one of those liquid chemical tests
How often are you watering?every 2 to 3 days
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?haven't fed anymore since the problem started happening- maybe 10 days, maybe 2 weeks. I did apply a weak dose of superthrive yesterday
What size bulb are you using?400w
What is the distance to the canopy?about 10 inches
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)dont know
What is the canopy temperature?about 74 deg F
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)maximum seems to be around 77 deg minimum is about 60
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)according to fan specs, 78cfm
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?one plant is, one isnt
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?Dont think so, I always try and let it dry
Is your water HARD or SOFT? dont know, hard I assume
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Tap water
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? One plant I cut a few fan leaves off when I switched to flowering thinking it would show quicker, the other hasn't had pruning
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?no
Are plant's infected with pest's?no
I am tempted to buy something to bring the PH of the water down, or possibly even some of that lime powder to try and regulate the soils ph, but I'm afraid of causing anymore problems.
It breaks my heart to see them hurting like this
Please help
