ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED NOW AND THE FIRST PROB WAS REPOTTING AND FEEDING NEEDED AND LATER THE PROB WAS UNDERWATERING
Hi guys I have a little problem with my plants, the bottom leafs are turning Light Yellow and are a bit floppy. Heres my pics and info :)

The problem has been going on 3 to 4 days.
I'm Growing G13 haze from Barneys Breakfast Bar.
I started with Seeds not feminised.
The Plants are 30 days old more or less including germination.
They are 11 cm Tall.
I have 5 plants, 5 pots, 600 ml of soil each pot and plants be moved when ready to some big ass pots when ready.
Im using Compo Sana soil mix for seedlings, PH 5,0-6,5, 50-250 mg Nitrogen, 80-250 mg phosphate, 100-350 mg potassium oxide in a 20 Litre bag. Also contains Peat, Perlite, “I’m translating from spanish the word Cal which I thought meant calcium but on web translator it comes up Lime ” so Lime and other Nutrients
I'm Not using any Nutrients yet as I thought it was too early and thought they would use the nutes in the soil first. I have here tho a bottle of nutrients made be Bio-Canna special for vegitation for when ready , Nitrogen 10%, was gonna translate this too but maybe no need as its made especially for vegitating these plants , if needed ill check :)
The run off ph is around 6.8 around the same ph as the destilled water I did the test with. I’v noticed tho the destilled water I last did a feed with was around a ph 0f 7.4 maybe something to do with the 7.4 one being left outside with top off, no?
I used a ph testing kit using a little bottle of drops to see what colour the water turns next to a ph chart.
I water the plants whenever the pots feel light and slowly feed them till water comes from the bottom normally every 3 days.
Not fed them anything yet except what came in the soil
In the day all 5 plants are outdoors in the sun around 25ºc here and and will go to 35ºc in the next few months then after around 14- 15 hours sunlight I put 2 of them indoors under a 600w hps to get them 18 hours of light in total per day as Im hoping these will make good mother plants these are the 2 plants which are getting yellow at the bottom and are a good bit bigger than the other 3 now.
Light is 65 cm away from tops of plant, the cupboard they are in is Height 165cm, Width 180cm, Sides 50 cm.
68 % humidity in the cupboard, on weather website says outdoor here is around 80% humidity.
The Temprature is 38ºc indoor and 28ºc outdoor soon to be upto 35ºc for summer.
My fan Fan goes round back of cupboard and blows through back of cupboard rebounds off side of cupboard and slightly moves the plants. it seems to have good circulation as is an openish cupboard as you can see on the oops just noticed sideways piccture with the fan on the floor on the left of the cupboard.

I'm using Distilled water as tap water here isn't the best.
The plants get some flys and other stuff in the day but to be expected, no probs with pests yet and not needed any pest control yet

Could it be be the distilled water lacking the minerals of normal water or is distilled normally ok for the full cycle? I like to use the distilled as the last time i used the tap water here my seeds from grow shop didn't even open.
Is it time to start with nutes? I would start using them but I was worried about giving them nutes just in case wasn't time to start with them.
I'v just tipped one plant out of pot to see if roots showing and they are showing on the bottom of the soil but not on the sides. Does this mean they are ready for re potting?
Thanks guys hopefully someone knows what might be up. If u need any more info please tell me and ill do my best to get it. I smoked this G13 Haze in Amsterdam and it's easilly the best smoke I ever had gives u a real nice high and had us giggling our way round Amsterdam.
Thanks again all and if anyones interested i'm gonna add more pics of all the plants and post all my grow "god willing" here

Thanks guys and Happy Growing

How often have you fed them,? they look hungry; your pH is fine; tjhey just look like they need food now; feed them weekly; but if you did feed them what dosage did you use?

I havent fed them yet but will do now. On my BIOCANNA nute bottle it says to put 12 to 15 ml of the liquid with 5 to 6 litres of water so I am going to put 10 ml with 5 litres of water to be on the safe side and lightly water the plants. Thanks alot for the advice :)
Do you know when I should re pot the plants? Is it when I see the roots are visible in the soil at the bottom of the pot or will the roots be visible on the sides too when they are ready for re potting ? Thanks again :)

When vegging plants in pots slow there growth then they should be repotted. Repot now! The plants do look very hungry, with a bigger pot and some food they will come around nicely! I hope you have a ec/ph meter.

I'v just re potted the 2 mother plants they are in bigger pots now with about 20 litres of soil each. I added the nutrient as stated on the bottle 12ml of nute with 5 litres of water, the 2 plants have had 1 litre of the water nute mix each, does this sound like an ok amount or have I over done it?
I suppose i'll find out soon enough anyway. Thanks for your help guys :)

Your plants really needed to be repoted. 20L souns like a bit too much to me, so be careful wen you'll water them, an overwatering issue is still possible.
Otherwhile they look very healthy. Good grow !

gone worse

gone worse

The plants now seem to have gone worse after the re potting and feeding on these 1st pics you see the yellow leafs now curling.

On this pic you see a few light spots on the leaf this is maybe a bit of butn fron the light foliar feed I gave them.

Any solutions please they r getting bad now, Thanks :)

Those leaves wont recover anymore, so as this yellowing is not moving to upper leaves, it will be ok. Just, as i told you, do not overwater them. You can also try to water them with some rootjuice to give them a little kick.
How where the roots when you repoted ? White and healthy ?

yep roots were very healthy. Dosn't seem to be new growth tho since I put in new pots and nuted normally you can see a difference whan in the sun within a few hours. On the pic of the leaf on its own you see some light spots in the middle of the lesf whick I thought was burn from folliar feeding but now it has started on the other plant from the edges of the leaf working its way inward. Thanks for helping :)

Now you may folliar feed with a (MG) Magnesium solution. This will help the plant in so many ways.

Thanks 4 the info m8. I always struggle to get magnesium here no one sells epson salt it does my head in. Back home I used 2 get a 40 litre bag for about 10 euros but here they dont even have it in the garden centers. Does anyone know of places that might have epson salts or another source of magnesium? just had a grow shop open up here too and they havent even got it in stock yet. Cheers

not positive about the uk but some grocery stores sell epsom salt & probably some drug stores. it is a laxitive &also a damn fine soaking agent for achy muscles.

I'v just got hold of some magnesium but it also contains calcium it is:
CALCIUM 9%
MAGNESIUM: 2%
BORO in spanish or translated BORON in english 1%
NITROGEN(organic)1%
AMINO ACID 5%
Organic material 10%
Does this sound like a good idea to use?
The guy in the grow shop said its perfect for if my plants need manesium and and already had all the other necisary nutrients from my other bottle.
The dosage is 1 cap full with 5 litres of water. The guy also told me to do a flush of the plants with this mix but it seems like alota calcium to me ,what do you think ?
The plants, even the re potted ones with the inicial nutrients applied dont seem to be growing at the min justneed to know if this stuff will help, Thanks

Hi guys i'v been to a new growshop the other day and the guy there really seemed to know what he was on about so as recomended i got some Plagron Royalty Mix and Plagron Alga Grow as it is all organic and I have lotsa good things about Plagron.
The day before Yesterday I have Repotted my other 3 G13 Haze and my 5 Nirvana Special in this soil and added the Nutrients as it said on the bottle 5L water with 10ml alga grow then fed the plants around a litre each.

All day yesterday every single plant looked great I was Buzzin thai i'd finally found the rite soil nute mix But then this morning I woke up to this:

The 2 plants in the large black 40 litre pots and 3 in the smaller black pots are going Crispy Dry on the edges of the leafs and rapidly seems to be working it's way through the plants. The other 2 in the small black pots have the prob but nowhere near as bad. The 2 mother plants in the green pots which were done earlier are nicely growing

I have put my fingers in the soil and it does feel slightly humid could it still be underwatering?
I have just watered one to see if it goes any better.
The other thing i'v changed is i'v started using the tap water as I was told if you leave it out for 48 hours with no lid in it its fine to use and I got the ph to under 7.0 using white vinager.
Does anyone please know what symptoms my babys are showing I dont think some (2 especially) have long left, Thanks :)
p.s. It was very windy last night could this have stressed them or affected them in any way?

Hi,

Definitively looks like overwatering to me.
I was thinking that first but I only put about a litre of water and nute mix in 40 litres f soil the day b4 yesterday. Could this possibly be too much?
The soil also only feels lightly humid and I got my hand deep in there. If anything I was thinking they maybe need water but dont want to risk watering them again till I see what happens with the one I have just added more water too. Thanks for your input m8 it is greatly appreciated :)
The weather was very windy and very dry and cold last night I thought this might have messed it up too with them only recently repotted and prolly not got the roots in proper yet.
Any more Ideas please or anyone else agree with overwatering ?
Cheers

The worst plant which I watered seems to have picked up a little but could just because sun is going down and none seem to look that bad in this light. In MyNameStitch plant problems thread it says about underwatering and how it is similar to overwatering but the leafs dont go as yellow this is underwatered plant from MyNameStitch thread:

And heres mine:

a bit similar no?
on the pic the affected area looks a bit yellow but when looking at it it just goes light green and then crispy and crumbles away
Also this is from stitch thread too high ph an the verge of lockout:

But my ph should be fine as I regulated the tap water with vinigar I will recheck the run off with destilled water 2morrow when shops open but shurely with this nice plagron soil mix and regulating the water the ph cant be high 2 days after repotting. I heard vinigar as a ph minus can slowly loose its effect and water ph can rise back up, can it happen this quickly and make this much of an effect?
I am almost shure it's not any nute burn as they have all only had a small dose of a completely organic nutes.

Just tested run off of the plants that went crispy and run off was ph6.5 using destilled water which was ph7.5 so the ph was a little low but hopefully the watering has sorted the ph out. I have waterd the plants till water came from bottom and now know the weight of the pot when not waterd and is pretty heavy compared to what i'm used to, maybe cos of this new plagron soil. Any way i'll now be able to see how they go after a nice drink and if this dosn't sort anything in the next few days I might try a little of this calcium magnesium nutes just to see if they respond as well to it as the other plants u guys told me to do it with, hopefully they r not needed tho as this plagron alga grow is supposed to be all I need.

i was in almost the exact same position not long ago. what fixed things for me was pulling up the roots, giving them a bit of a rinse, and transplanting into new soil with zero nutrients..i know it seems like they need a lot of care and nutrients, but i have found out the hard way that plants like things simple.
right..so my suggestion is pull them out of their current pots, and transplant into something like the plagron royalty mix but without the added nutrients they put in there. i've noticed that my plants stay happiest with just worm castings, peat, and perlite in 1/3rds for the first 5 weeks or so.
