My "KILLER" Carrot-Keeni Cake

it is Carrot Zuchini Cake (can be made minus zucchini just add 1/2 cup more carrot) Cream cheese icing recipe at bottom

Ing.
2 eggs
1cup sugar
2/3 cup cannabutter
3/4 cup all purp flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teasp baking soda
1 teasp cinnamon
1/2 teasp salt
1 1/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated zucchini (peeled)
1/2 cup shredded coconut

preheat oven to 350
grease 9" square baking pan
beat eggs with sugar until frothy
then gradually beat in cannabutter
combine both flours, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, to first mixture mix well batter will be on thick side
next mix in carrot zucchini and coconut stir until well mixed
pour into prepared pan
bake at 350 for 30-40 min or until toothpick comes out clean(no batter)
let cool and cover with crem cheese icing

CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 4oz pack cream cheese room temp
1/4 cup canna butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 teasp vanilla
1 teaspoon orange rind
1/2 teasp orange juice (can do with or without orange juice)
beat creamcheese and butter until creamy
mix in the rest mix well and refridgerate 5 min
spread on cake
buckle your seatbelt cause your goin for a ride


this is a definite treat for the taste buds especially after my corn chowder and corn bread

go right ahead its absolutely wonderful ive also try raspberry juice or orange juice (tsp or 2) in the cream cheese it changes the whole taste

I've heard of corn chowder, but don't know what that is. I tell you what it sounds hella good right now. I've also heard of cannabutter and have an idea what that is but can you please elaborate for me.

CANNABUTTER
INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Cannabis
1 pound Butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Using a coffee grinder, or something similar, grind the cannabis into a fine powder. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Stir in the cannabis powder with a wooden spoon. Once the mixture starts to come together, reduce the heat to low. Leave on heat for a minimum of 30 minutes, the longer the better, just don’t let the mixture burn! Once it has cooked, strain the mixture, making sure to squeeze all the butter out. You can use those plastic containers that margarine comes in if you have nothing to put your cannabutter in. Pour a little water over the butter once it has hardened and it will last longer. i stole this recipe from another member

NOTES
The amount of cannabis you use will determine how weak or strong it will be. Some people add as little as 1/4 ounce, some more. You can also use margarine, lard, shortening, and any oil (sunflower, sesame, olive, peanut, vegetable, etc.) instead of butter. If you don’t want the house to smell like cannabis, just add 7-28 grams of whole cannabis into a jar with oil and let sit for at least a week, this is known as Cannaoil. The same goes for flour, by mixing powdered cannabis into flour will leave you with a perfect flour substitute, Cannaflour. Just remember, any recipe that calls for butter, oil, or a fat can be substituted with the cannabis version.

cornchowder is basically corn soup with bacon peppers onions


also if anyone intends to make the carrot cake you must take into consideration your altitude, if you need help figuring out the altitude adjustment pm me.
the cornchowder is great for beginners its easy and people love it just becareful not to add to much cannabutter, put in a lil and taste. If you happen to overdo it add a lil more onions

i made this, and i must say, AMAZING!!!
the cake itself tastes nothing at all like cannabis, which is great. go with the zucchini in this.
for the icing, i used 1/2 cannabutter and 1/2 regular, and that you just just barely taste a hint of cannabis.
the whole dish tastes so great, its a real winner in my book.
