On The Road with JackKerouac

J

JackKerouac

Hey everyone. I just relocated, so I can finally post a grow diary.

Here is some Minigun, the AK-47 autoflower cross test grow from MDanzig. StealthShield has some excellent photos and information on the strain HERE

She is 6" tall in a 6" square pot in Sunleaves coco and CNS17 nutes at 2 tsp./gallon. She is undergoing some LST for light coverage, as she lives under 18 hours light under a 45-watt warm CFL. She showed sex at day 23.

Here is a 2 month old Cindy 99 from Female Seeds. She is trained only 3" off the top of the pot. She lives in my soil mix, which is 5 gallons of potting soil, 1/2 c. bone meal, 1/2 c. blood meal, 1 tsp green sand, a handful of perlite, and a handful of coarse coco.

She went outdoors today and didn't wilt, even though it was 87 out.

I am popping some Neville's Haze for outdoor. I am sure you have seen plenty of beans in shotglasses, so stay tuned!

So here is the Minigun is at day 33. She is putting on some little nugglings.

She is taking almost 3 teaspoons of CNS17 per gallon. She is pretty hungry.

And here is a little bondage. Just like Stealthshield's Minigun, she has thick strong stems.

Here she is 2 days after the bondage. This is about day 35.

These roots are going nuts, and I still have a month to go on this lady. I might get a cocotek mat to keep her happy.

And here is the rest of my coco garden, being fed CNS17. That's lettuce, jalapenos, strawberries, green peppers, and tomatoes. Yummy.

I haven't been able to get outside to see the Neville's or C99, but I have another update on the Minigun.

I left for a few days and was afraid the coco was going to dry out. She seems pretty happy.

Here she is at day 51. There is a hint of frost. I think MDanzig said she goes 70 days, but I am going to take her 75.

She is starting to smell dank like roadkill? Autoflowers may be toys, but toys are fun!

Hey MJ,

It's funny how she filled out in flower. She really bushed out when most ladies stretch.

This has been pretty much just a fun grow while I find a place for my 600 and do the outdoor thang.

I am tucking the fans underneath. I never trim fan leaves in flower, except for scrog under the screen before the end of stretch.

Thanks for dropping by!

i trim the shit outta my fans ...but i am strictly scrog

i have tried it both ways and i seem to do better with a good haircut
i trim the fans in stages ...always making sure that the plant health doesnt suffer
thats been the key to yeilds in my little setup

Here she is at day 60. Her calyxes are starting to swell and her hairs are turning orange. She smells greasy, perhaps diesel, perhaps roadkill. She is still trained about 3" off the top of the pot. I can't believe how fast the turnaround is with autoflowers.

I am sad that I have to pull her a bit early due to a business trip. Stay tuned!

Whelp, I had an uninvited guest come to the party, so my old lady got pulled day 62. This was just a fun grow anyways.

Here she is trimmed, ready for the hang.

I am still smoking on last year's outdoor, so I am not too serious right now. Here is some of MDanzig's Powerstout day 5 or so. I don't know where I picked them up, but the Power Stout is Lowryder x some unknown dank mum.

Thanks for dropping by!

Bad news! My Neville's got snatched from it's home. I am sad. That is the strain that I was looking forward to more than any other this season. :-(

I transplanted the 4 PowerStout plants to their new home. Here are 4 plants. Let's see if you can find them.

Can't find them? Click on this picture:

UBERSTEALTH!

I also started a couple Belladonna for indoors also. When it is harvested with 50% amber trichomes, it is comparable to BOG's LSD. WHEE!

heyyyyyy long time no see matey :joint:.........shame that minigun was so small because there is some good ones in there, shame you had to pull it early aswell, i was thinking of some outdoor ones as im still in limbo at the moment.....i think it would of done much better in a bigger pot and under a HPS at least 600watts, thats the only way i noticed to get any weight on them.

sorry to here about your plant getting ripped man thats a bummer

peace

Hey SS!!!

She smells so complex, acrid and pungent after about 14 days of curing! Because she was pulled with only a few amber trichs, she is super heady.

Although the potency is definitely lower than traditional nuggets, Minigun and LR #2 are definitely great smokes and the time from bean to smoke is crazy.

Updates coming shortly!

J-Roc in the heezy, boy!

This season has been a bit of a bummer. I still have stuff going, so I will definitely update soon.

It's been a long time.

It's been a long time.

Well, I am back into the swing of things. I am on about day 18 of veg with Paradise Seeds Belladonna, Neville's Haze, C99, and Minigun, the AK-47 autoflower.

Belladonna:

She's short and squat.

Neville's Haze:

Cindy 99

And a bunch of Minigun:

They are under my homemade T5 rack . My goal is just some good bud using peat and Flora Nova. I might get adventurous and do some crosses using clones. Autoflowering Neville's anyone?

Day 28 update

Day 28 update

The ladies are a bit stunted because I came home and the party cups were bone dry and the plants were all wilty. I don't know how Dr. Bud can do it. They bounced back and are growing like, uh, weeds?

First, some Cindy 99. She smells like a skunky piece of juicy fruit.

Next is the Neville's haze. I love those crazy jagged leaves.

Then is the Belladonna. She got hit the hardest from the drought, but she is a tough girl. She can take some tough LST bondage.

Next we have a male and female Minigun. They are day 20-something and didn't get hit by the drought. This batch showed sex crazy early, so I think they are keepers. I am going to be doing a seed run with them and definitely rolling with the Neville's Haze autoflower.

I also caved in and bought a bunch of Miracle Fruit seeds thanks to the threads about them here. Here's a Minigun and Miracle Fruit seedling.
