yes you can use fresh frozen trim to make bubble hash. just make sure to let the collected hash dry well before you pack it. but that goes for all ice water hash.

in my opinion fresh frozen trim makes some of the tastiest hash.

Do not use wet trim. Let the resin dry out on the plant before you do your sifting.

Why ilife do you say not to use fresh trim? In your personal experiences have you run into problems that would deter you from using fresh vs dry??? Just curious as I have Bubble bags on the way and I appreciate everyones perspective..... thanks

I have been told by numerous people that fresh trims gives you more chance of getting melty bubble because the dry trim breaks easier when agitated making more room for impurities.

there are different opinions on this issue. it's a complex question, but it would seem that if you cure and dry your trim like you would bud, and then make bubble, you will also get an awesome clean product. if your choice is between bone dry trim and freshly frozen, them go for the freshly frozen, just make sure to allow the bubble time to dry completely. both fresh frozen and carefully dried and cured trim will make you very tasty and very clean bubble. but as soon as the trim is fully dry and brittle, then the quality starts going down.

there are pros and contras to both ways, i have always been a fan of using fresh frozen trim. but can see the potential for fmcd, with perfectly dried and cured trim too. just don't chose the bone dry trim way unless yield is the most important factor.

have fun making your own bubble hash.
