Seeds ordered thru Seed Boutique November 06, received about 10 days later along with some G13-X-Hashplant that will follow.

I did a couple searches and a couple posts - Sensi Hashplant was highly rated so I ordered a pack. After the payment was in transit I found a couple discontented posts and I had heard some growers were having issues with Sensi Seeds - second quality and/or low germination rates. Of the 16 seeds I received - one was so lite -it remained stuck to the inside of the breeder pack bubble, so I was somewhat anxious and a little scared of the potential.

First - Sensi has stepped into the new century with the packaging it's safe - it's secure - well secure for the seeds - customs security is another thing entirely; but it is very apparent that Sensi doesn't want their packaging or their seeds counterfeited. I got a hermetically sealed pack in a sealed box with a couple security features. Not likely to need such security for so-so beans - things look good.

I soaked the seeds 12 hours in a 3+oz of distilled water with 1 drop of Superthrive - drained the water and placed the seeds on wet paper towel - on a plate covered with a upside down saucer and placed this on top of the computer monitor. My temps on the monitor run about 84-86 degrees in the warm spot down to 75 or so on the edge. I tried to hold the temps around 82-84.

12 hours later - I had 2 seeds crack, and after 24 hours, 4 more were cracked. By 36 hours, all but 2 have begun the journey. 14 - possibly more out of 16. Things look good.

I placed each seed in a 8 oz styro coffee cup filled with Foxfarm Ocean Forest and Pearlite 50-50 Watered lightly with PH 6.2 tap water and covered the cups with Gladwrap plastic to hold moisture - My RH here is about 25% Young plants need time to develop good roots
The cups will have center stage - in the middle of 8 48-inch, 40-watt floros.
I will be establishing clones prior to flowering, I want to keep the males in rotation and see if there are a couple with traits that stand out.

B.C. - I awoke this morning to find seed #15 was open. I will accept the lite one not cracking - Paid for 15 seeds - got 15 sprouts. Sure can't speak for others, but so far, in my experience - 100% germination with Hashplant.

Congrats on the 100% germ! Might give their Super Skunk a try one day, if for no other reason than the super-pretty packaging!

I tossed the "extra" - Wasn't healthy inside and - was over and above. No harm no foul.

I have 6 with heads breaking above soil.

I start them in styro cups and place in plastic shoe boxes with lids - keeps the humidity up while they are most vunerable. 15 cups 2 shoe boxes,,, sure makes inventory easy! lol It's high desert here, sometimes 20% RH and chilly this time of year, which kind of makes it worse yet. Still workable.

hashplant is a great plant to grow. it has a nice racy high buds covered in trichs I smoked for like 2 months off a 1/4 oz Good luck.

maybe the shit is was smoking was not hashplant the dude that grew it said it was hashplant I know the dude that sold the stuff to me looked like a stoner so I fiqured he knew his shit .

If your like me, until recently there was dam little choice and either it was "pretty good" or commercial. That's one great thing about growing,,, choices!

Hashplant was chosen as a quality short run strain - It should be a good 6 to 7 week strain that is something different from Northen Lights, Big Bud and other more common commercially oriented strains. The last thing I want is to spend months of my life growing plain jane buds. Plus - having a set of Bubble bags,,,,, well - I have a use for all the trimmings

Man the packaging itself is a cool souvenir for sure. I definitely see different phenos, some internode spacing differences. Got pics?

I have some hash plant from sensi i just germed four weeks ago. Being as how I am not in a hurry they have gotten little food and a smal container . I'm trying to age them a bit so I can pre sex them. If you dont mind I'll post some pictures of them on your thread. I only got 6 out of fifteen some of the seeds in the pack were cracked. I dont like the fact that the seeds can just roll around in the package.

Well thats it for now on those. I'm basicall going to trim them out as moms because i can pre sex them. I currently have 72 new berry clones and 72 powerplant ahead of these so we will see what the next months hold.

That hashplant looks like the realdeal forsure jim. That beaut in the 4th pic has some huge fat leaves.

Brief update - I have 2 no-shows and 1 extreamly stunted runt of the litter. 12 up and growing - - nothing noteworthy - and that's fine with me.
