Strange mutations and a nutrient deficiency on 1 leaf

So I got 2 Bubba Kush clones from a dispensary of what I had assumed were all from the same plant/genetics. One of the plants is one of the healthiest green looking plants I have ever seen, with some crazy crazy stout and bushy genetics. I have never seen so many nodes so close together. The second clone is bushy and stout like the other - except this one has some strange properties.

Take a look below:

The leafs look extremely leather like and almost waxy. Does this indicate any type of deficiency? The other "perfect" plant has this too to an extant but not as pronounced as above. One detail is the only fan leafs that look like this were way larger in size and the leafs were directly under each major node that stems from the main branch. The leafs did not originate from the offshoots (do these branches have a specific name?)

Another strange thing is the fan leaves have anywhere between 1 to 5 leaves. I have never seen this before? Is this common?

Finally, just one singular leaf had this strange yellow spotty thing going on. What could this be? It reminds me of water droplet burns but I do not recall getting any plants wet like that.

Early on in the plants life I was not super accurately PHing the water going in. I was watering around 6.5 until a few weeks ago. I am in 95% coco with probably 3% perlite and 2% foxfarm ocean forest.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and I welcome any insight.

those leaves in the top pics look over fed.
are these plants in flower or veg and what and how much are you feeding them.

The twisting leaves are either from a large PH swing or the use of paclobutrazol in my opinion.

The burns on the leaves look like they could be from another leaf laying on it and trapping moisture on the leaf and then the lights turn on and some how the leaf gets uncovered and is exposed to the light wet and it burns. Happens to me in my SOG locations.
