why is the chat not working? when i go on chat a page opens but the chat is not loading.

Yes kony I did , Ive had to do that for a long while now. But I did lose internet for a couple hrs the day this all started so Im wondering if it might be a setting on my computer and I cant find anything. I used to at least get the green screen of death trying to get into chat now I cant even get that far .

check the top url bar.
for chroome, if you notice a gray shield click on it, there is an option to avoid unsure connection.
by clicking on it you can enable disable the protection.
i'll add a couple of pics in a moment.
same option, with different name/path for explorer and mozilla as well. check the option for the java script. be carefull by enabling it someone can load "any" javascript on your web browser.

cleared cache and cookies n all that . Updated java and security , I canr find anything that should block this from loading ? I click on the shield as usual and I dont get the green screen even it just wont load

what browser is it?
i may give a look into the option, vpn, tor or anything like that in use?

Nope oaky that wouldnt work either. Im using windows 10 . I hadnt had a problem with it until sat. Morning when my internet went down. Im guesing its something with windows but I dont know

So I switched to Internet Explorer and was able to get to chat fine. Im going to try fire fox as I dont like internet explorer
