Best OG Kush Outdoors??

hey everyone, new to posting, now i just lurk in real life. haha. anyways as you know OG tends to be a more spindly plant. I want to find some sturdy OGs or OG crosses to battle the outdoor environment. I do a lot of Skywalker OG cuz it just turns out so nice but i would like something a little beefier. This year im experimenting with strawberry banana, lemon OG, backwater OG, exodus kush as well. They're all getting huge and have a nicer structure than the skywalker or any of the more pure OGs I've run through. I just hope they still have that OG fuel to em.


What are everyone's Favorite OGs under the sun??

im growing alot of FIRE OG as well as some OG crosses, Banana x og, jack herer x og, tahoe og...

so far they all seem to be comparable, the fire does the best and keeps the lemon taste imo, but is SUPER spindly and long internodes, needs caging..

tahoe og (from DHN), is beefier and most likely has some afghan and tahoe og in it, from cali connect imo,waiting for finished product, but heard it was good..

banana kush does not do well outdoors imo, wont grow again...

the jack herer x og aka JESUS OG might be what your looking for, keeps the fuel but loses the lemon imo

Inferno Og from Medicinal Organics

Inferno Og from Medicinal Organics

Inferno OG from Medicinal Organics. Vigorous grower, high yields, impervious to mold and mildew, and good finisher. It is ready Oct 25-31 with reliably solid buds. Unfortunately it is not a pure OG but the og is in there. The problem with most OG's outdoors is fluffy buds and November finish times. I grew a Larry once that was 12 x 12 ft, made big hand grenade buds but was practically untrimmable and unsellable because it was so fluffy but fuck it smelled and smoked good.

I had a friend grow Platinum OG Kush. It was a short fat heavily budded plant, lots of density. Bud lasted in the bowl for a really long time, was a heavy kush with a hidden fruit smell that was barley detectable.

I was impressed with it.

Sure have done kosher outdoors. The first year it did so good, I had to do it the next season. Turned out super dank outside. Here's a shot from the first year. It's the plant in the foreground in the 5 gal. pail. Gave me 10 ounces.

Karma genetics Biker Kush (HA OG) did really well in surprisingly rainy Spain outdoors, nothing lost to rot and as it didn't smell sweet, the bugs (caterpillars) munched into other plants nearby.

Strong plant structure too, no floppy stem nonsense

Yeah i've seen you post your Exodus ladies a few times now ^^

Its really making me want to pick up some beans.

I want a good kush strain because I love that overwhelming high, but i've never been a big fan of the spicy phenos that can come from kush strains.

Edit: that kosher looks like a great producer ^^

i have a jar of outdoor SFV from 2014 in the back of my fridge, it still smells amazing, gassy lemony funk. got about 3lbs off a single clone that was planted in july. good structure, no mold.

Karma's Biker was so strong that I stashed it in the rubbish bin, if some fucker robbed me I didn't mind them stealing all the ordinary stuff nearly as much.

Unfortunately it was so strong that I chucked out the rubbish without remembering about the Biker OG ...

There are some really nice autoflower kushes available now. My favorite so far is Mephisto Auto Triangle Kush and a nice heavy yielder is their SODK or Sour Orange Diesel Kush. I grew both of these this year and was happy with the results.
