white buds with fat pink hairs?

I bought some weed in 2001 what I want to grow since than but dont know what could it be..

the buds were white but not green type white, much like bluish, almost greyish white with fat pink pistils and the high was very potent indica like stone.

what strain could that be?

New York White is all I can think of...

A friend brought back a sack many years back. I've never seen anything like it since.

I've no idea of the genes but it was rumored to have been grown within the sewers of NYC.

This was almost 30 years ago.
