I posted on that thread 08-18-2014, 08:27 AM , so yes I am aware of that info but figured that I am more interested in listing every Colorado seed company then hyping, praising or bashing them... Regardless of my personal opinions on each individual company's breeding ethics, I will continue to list every Colorado Seed Company I find, and let the consumer inform themselves to which product or company they wish to support.

That being said, if people have PICTURES of finished flowers, hermaphrodites, males, runts or packaging from Colorado seed companies those are welcomed to be shared along with good information.

I assume none, since marijuana (including seeds) is illegal on the federal level and mailing anything across state lines is an automatic Federal crime.

Decided to search a little and found this website. They're in Michigan and nothing indicates they wouldn't ship elsewhere. The disclaimer looks the same as all the Canadian and overseas seed shops that ship to the states.

Interesting comments from Ms. Cozy from October of 2011. People need to follow the rules but this article illustrates how the lack of regulatory over-sight on the part of the state of CO helped create the problem.
