Is the bud rot or something else??

Have a couple plants I chopped down, some sour bubble crosses. They looked great all the way through flower. I chopped and dried them and a bunch of what appears to be bud rot to me.

Here are some pictures from my digital microscope thing. First two are of the stem. The inside seems to be almost a bluish balckish mold spore infected area. Looks like all the stems have this inside of them, not just the ones that have visible bud rot. RH was no more than 55% in flower, usually around 40-50% and drying RH got no higher than 55%. Temps 76F - 80F

The other pictures are from a bud itself. I can't really make anything out, it just looks a little extra fuzzy in some places.

OK, so its not on every buds stem, just the questionable ones and the definitely bud rot ones. Fuck man, i hope this shit is just bud rot and not some kind of other fucking mold coming out of my house and attacking the drying buds. Think it's gotta be bud rot though, it always starts in the stems in the middle of the buds, never seen a speck of mold on the outside of any of these buds, just where they are dense and touch the main stem. Hvae never seen any signs of PM, but not sure wtf this could be. I thought bud rot looks more like tiny mushrooms under a scope almost. This blackish white powdery lookin stuff is starting to worry me.

Fucking blows cause a bud can look good until you snap open the stem and just barely see a faint darkness to it that doesn't seem normal.

Been looking through a lot of bud rot pictures and I cant really see any in these pictures. The main thing that concerns me is that the insides of the stems appear blackish/grey when crack open near the bud.

any thoughts, anyone? Need to figure out what to do with this crop.

If anyone has a digital scope could they take a picture of the inside of one of your dried/drying stems near the bud? I think the darker outer ring is normal, but the darker inside not so normal.

Oh yeah, if a mod see's this can you please fix my typo in the thread title from, "Is the bud rot..." to "Is this bud rot or something else??"

stem rot looks like. are these low buds on the plant?

Not sure where they were on the plant to be honest, they all got lumped together in the brown bags when I freaked and chopped em down small to dry out completely. I'll take some pictures of the buds right now.

There's this kinda light yellow/brown color near the base of most stems. Almost like an amber kind of color. Under the scope I see a lot of amber trichomes, but no botrytis really. The few buds that did have it were very obvious and I discarded those immediately.

Oh yeah, the plants looked fine while growing, I didnt see any black parts on the stems anywhere, its just a ring of darker stuff on the inside of the stem surrounding the pulpy area.

This is what the 2 of them looked like around harvest.

this is from some old Bruce Banner I have that I harvested about 2-3 months ago. Im starting to think I just worry to much and need to put the damn scope away. Gives just enough detail to make me worry about shit I dont need to.

Old Bruce Banner I've been smoking for months, no bud rot, extra tasty and smooth.
