deformed tips , crinkly leaves with pics

hi guys
im growing in smartpots inside with soil.I have had some issues lately with fungus gnats/whitefly and have used a neem oil soil drench as well as covering the soil at the top with diatomoceous earth.the d/e pretty much stopped the gnats/whitefly with only a couple buzzing around.

That was around a week ago and have noticed since then all my new shoots almost look like they have been eaten , but on closer inspection u can see that they are just growing real weird.
Any tips or help would be much appreciated
cheers

Yeah looks a lot like broads. You'll need a fairly powerful lope or a scope. 40x minimum. I rock a stereoscope.

Treatments:
Bio:
Neoseiulus fallacies, a predatory mite, is often used. This beneficial mite prefers a greenhouse environment that is warm and not too dry, with temperatures in the upper 60°Fs to 70°Fs and humidity ranging from 60-70 percent.

Chemical:
Avid, Sanmite, Akari, Judo and Pylon

Also, during warm, dry conditions the mites seem to be isolated to the terminal growth or leaf undersides, or associated with areas where the dense plant canopy results in higher humidity.

So make it hot and dry to force to that area and the kill em.

My scope, about $200.

cheers med ,just read the thread on broadmites , fuk me i just got rid of fungus gnats , nothin worthwhile is easy they say..
Hammerhead i have a few strains in that pic mostly aroung 70% sativa ,playing around with them to come up with the best 1 for my area application
