Super nice setup - excellent choice. I was going to say they looked overwatered being limp & droopy like that. When they are young and small I just do a top feed 1-2x per day low ppm water. If you have rockwool or Rapid Rooters even they can wick up and retain water and cause that drooping, even though you've dropped your water level already. Could be not enough O2 is getting to your roots from media being too moist.

Yeah that's what I had to do, drop the water level. I have hydroton in 10" net pots set water level just above bottom of net pots. All I needed was to spray the Rapid Rooters 1x per day to make sure roots near surface were getting water. Young plants just are more sensitive to overwatering.

250 ppm looks good, leaves not dark green or curling at tips. These UC RDWC systems need less ppm when set up right compared to other systems.

Once the roots hit the water they should take off! :dance013:

Should I spray them light, mild, or heavy??? Or should I poor water on the rockwool and have it soaked ???? I won't be able to spray them twice a day due to my job.

Just a good spray around the plant and on the rockwool. Don't want to soak the rockwool it holds water pretty well and you could starve the roots of O2 as well if you overwater. 1x per day should be OK especially w/rockwool. Get around the perimeter where roots are spreading out to sides too.

Careful with too much light at this stage also, I just use T5 fluorescents for the 1st 4 weeks veg from seed a few inches above plants. They also can naturally droop somewhat when lights out or lights out approaching in a few hours and are more stout in daylight hours.

Had trouble getting your video link so I used the iframe1 feature to link your video, just click Quote next to Quick Reply in lower right of my post and you can see your Youtube address bar link CtIX8YGefQA in there:

Real nice looking!

I'm careful what pest control I use in flower. Dawn dish soap, Neem & Rosemary oil, sticky traps for prevention and control. I'm in the desert so I usually don't have much pest problems after I use Talstar Pro (pump & Gilmore hose sprayer) in my yard. It's like Hiroshima to them pests when I use it for 4 months. It's even approved for food service areas but I wouldn't hit my plants with it, especially in flower. Many pest control pros/people use same stuff so basically cheap DIY year round pest control.

Do you think using mosquito dunks right now is a bad idea??? They're suppose to be environmently safe.

Using the dunks should help. Since it uses a bacteria (bacillus thurengenesis) that kills pests, from the inside out, it is considered organic. You should be able to use them at any time during flower.
