Anyone good at Proofing?

Heyas :)

Looking for some proof readers. In addition to cannabis, diet is extremely important in correcting issues with the body. I've had a lot of requests for offline sheets on the blood type list so I've taken a bit of time and reorganized it a bit.

Here's the website of data
and I've attached pdf's of the lists.

There's a "Beneficials" and an "Avoids" list for each blood type, so 8 total.

I'm looking for any mistakes... spelling, food listed on a wrong list, food forgotten, those kind of things. Anything that's wrong, eh? This is just the rough lists so no worries about formatting. :)

I'll post up the formatted and finished lists, once I know the data has been correctly copied. :)
:thank you: to anyone who has the time and contributes!

Most people don't realize that even college literary professors get their stuff proof-read before publishing it and they HATE it.

You're missing a hyphen between every "high quality" in any paper that has the words.

ABAVOIDS
DAIRY is spelled DIARY,should be DAIRY.
nutrient dense also deserves a hyphen in-between.

Other than that, phrase things uh little differently "Milk cow whole" is understandable. I not think right put word together. "Cow's Milk, Whole"

The places you listed fruit and the juices you have "Apples Apple Juice nfs", you should use commas separating these things like "Apples, Apple Juice nsf".

Like cs or nfs. Network-file system? Collodial Silver?

LOL O's can eat anything I love the list. What shall I avoid? Probably a lot of those grains..O's must hate grains. Also the dairy, that's just too much to take off. I will probably watch the grains though.

Awesome! Thanks a bunch.

No, I'm not like your typical professor... lol, I actually prefer knowing where my mistakes are at.

This is basically just a straight list of data... the commas and formatting are still to be done.

cs and ds are cancer superbeneficial and diabetes superbeneficial.
nfs = Neutral for secretor
nfns = Neutral for non-secretor

Sorry, should have thrown that info at the top of the pages, eh? :) Helps to have a key. LOL

Take things one step at a time... it's extremely difficult at first but after a few months it starts to become normal and easier to think about food this way. New tracks in the brain. :)

Where's the mmj? jpt
LOL No doubt, eh? Haven't contacted the D'Adamo team for anything before... that might be a reason to. lol

Again... :thank you: for the assistance folks, greatly appreciated. :)

Has anyone had a chance to do a full comparison of the website and each page yet? To see if I've swapped foods or forgotten/added foods that should/should-not be on the lists?

It's a big pain, eh? :)
