I don't really know about the spotting but I can say for a plant that size, you should really put her in a larger pot. Just for a comparison, my girls are approx. 6 weeks old. I got them as clones so I don't really know 100% but look at the size difference of the pots they are in.
The plants are around 45cm (18"). Sorry I don't have any better pictures to show you, I am using a cell phone camera until I can get a better one...

Good luck with the spotting problem.

that plant doesn't look healthy to me. no vigour ... droopy.

unless y've accidentally spattered the leaves with something they don't like ... say full strength nutrient while the leaves were hot and dry ... those spots look like some sort of disease ... like the disease is active at the circumference of the spots leaving the inside dead.

are the spots getting bigger?

Hey, sorry to hear about the plant man. It's shity when your babies get sick. I would check out joes fresh sick plant guide. However if that is the only plant that is looking sick and the others are looking healthy. It has to be some kind of foliage burn or pathogen. If it does turn out to be a pathogen cut her down. It's not worth risking the rest of the plants.
