Hey, i never had pest problems with my plants till now, my cousin has some plants and he gave me some clones that had something like a white powder on its leaves. Now, i've been checking with ed rosenthall book but i still dunno which one of the two it is...thrips or leaf miners? What can i do to get rid of them? I have neem oil here but last time i used it all my plants died...
