guys, try updating your Acrobat Reader, its a pdf file and if your Reader isn't updated you won't be able to see it.

I did do that but it still gave me a blank screen! I was able to print it off though thanks to BSDWOLF sending it to me via email

On a sidenote, I use Foxit as a PDF reader, its free and it seems faster than Acrobat.
Just my opinion. http://www.foxitsoftware.com/
