l just wanted to share with you guys a project that i did back in the 80s.
i came up with an idea to use an old above ground metal pool that i had and turn it into a greenhouse.
i dont have any pics of it so ill just have to describe it to you.
it was a 12 foot dia. pool with 4-5 foot tall sides. similar to the pic.
i covered it with a clear plastic sheet that i glued bubble wrap to so no one could see in. it looked just like an improvised pool cover.
the pump sits on the outside of the pool so i
ran the hose from the pump under the cover into a 30 gallon tub of water, the sound of the water completed the illusion,so that anyone near it would think that the pool was full of water.
on the other side i cut a 12 inch dia. hole for ventilation (this was concealed by bushes) and had a circulation fan exhausting the air.
it got hot in there but the ladies did fine as long as i watered them a couple of times a day.
that year, grew about 3lbs in that baby.
so if anyone is needing a really stealthy greenhouse, this is the way to go.
i have another idea that even stealthier, but i cant let that cat out of the bag yet,
