I've been trying to work out the most efficient way to cool my purpose built room. What do you guys think? Will this work?
Pull growroom air through filter then cool tube and out?

My 2 cents: upgrade your exhaust blower. If the numbers are right and it's a 200cfm fan, you have a 200cfm room. The blower alone is perfect for the room. Add on the filter, ducting, tube...it's not a 200cfm blower anymore. Don't remember the numbers to factor how much restriction that is, and I'm too tired to look it up. Search for the ventilation101 thread, it will give you the numbers. You might find it's an acceptable drop in cfm for you. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Never mount your fan remote from your scrubber, it makes it too easy for an odor control security issue.
In your above example, your better bet would be Carbon Scrubber>Fan>Cool Tube>Exhaust.
I did a pic to explain why a while back, let me dig it up.
As you can see, no matter whether you push or pull with a remote mounted fan, you're creating a much greater potential for leaking dirty air.
I'd also reverse air flow in your system if it is easy enough for you to do. Reason being is going through the scrubber, then through the cool tube is going to result in fine dust from the carbon being deposited in your cool tube. Not terribad, but it is a royal pain in the ass trying to pull a cool tube and clean it when it's over some nice 6 week flower monsters
Plus it can shorten the bulb life.

Plus it can shorten the bulb life.The only problem i see - is your intake. You dont want a fan blowing into the room. You're looking for negative pressure. Not to mention - Air will travel the path of least resistance - your not going to draw air from veg over your electronics because of the larger intake on the opposite side. I also dont advise pulling air over your electronics ether - its gonna heat up your air going into your room making it harder
Ive been running a S&P TD-125 the same way you wanna set up for about 3 months now. Be very very generous with the aluminum foil tape (WAY better then duct). If you're sealed up, you're golden. my room has faint odor - but i have the cheapest DIY scrubber you can make and have had it for like a year... works pretty good for how old and cheap it is tho..

Thanks for the input guys. Really appreciated. I've checked out the vent101 thread as suggested and I'm buying the gear tomorrow
Heres what I've decided to go with... Separate carbon exhaust and tube. I'm going to put a thermostat on the exhaust fan so it only exhausts when needed. The cooltube fan will run whenever the light is on.
Heres a couple of pics of my room. I can do anything with it I want because I built it hehe.
Full construction in link in sig. Can't wait to hook up this sweet kit hehe.

1. A duct fan will not cut it for a cool tube. Get yourself a decent fan.
2. Move the fan from pushing air into the cool tube to pulling air though it.
You might also want to vent your cool tube to the outside separately. Set up the way you diagram may produce positive air pressure, and you most certainly don't want that.

Cheers JG's Ghost I'll get two blowers and use one for the cooltube and one for the filter.
The tube will exhaust to the interior of the garage while the room exhaust will go outside into the fresh air. I was wondering if the duct fan was going to cut it.. I guess the cfm is enough but its not enough centrifugal force.

Cool tube fan running only when needed is fine, but your scrubber needs to run 24/7, do not put it on a timer

If the Odor Sock is what you are gonna use as a charcoal filter then I'd get rid of it. Thats one of the biggest jokes of a product that has come into this industry. That thing will maybe last 2 months if that and could potentially stop working even faster if your humidity is high which you'll want to be higher in the veg time.
Just get a refund on it and get something like a Mountain Air 620 (326 CFM) or something equivalent.
For odor control with air cooled lights its best to push the air through. You'll create positive pressure and air will flow back into the room if there is an air leak in the tube/ducting but unless the exhaust line is straight you will loose air flow from the ducting curves.
